A recommander !

We are an Australian couple, experienced in holiday rentals in France. We stayed for two weeks in this very traditional Breton stone cottage. The owners have clearly gone to a lot of trouble to rebuild and modernise the property on the three floors and the photos on the website do it justice. The property is equipped reasonably well although you do have to provide your own sheets and towels which we found a little strange, not having come across this in our previous 5 rental experiences in France. The showers are very small but plenty of hot water pressure. We liked the location which is very quiet and close to the main tourist attractions on the pink granite coast and to the south. The old castle at Tonquedec is a must see. The property owners, M. and Mme Duval, are very pleasant and Mme speaks a little English. Overall we liked the property and it is suitable for couples and families up to 7 people. The stairs are not too steep, not like some of the other properties we have stayed at!
