Situated in Leverkusen, this attractive condo for $48 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. The row house is located on a side street. You have a separate entrance, and in front of the house there is a reserved parking space for your car. From the apartment you have a magnificent view of the Bergisches Land. There is a kitchen (with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, fridge, freezer, oven), a bathroom with newly fitted shower, a living room / bedroom with a sofa bed and a double bed in the bedroom. TV and radio in the living room and bedrooms. The bus stop is within a 5-minute walk, so that you can be from Opladen in 15 minutes in Cologne Messe or Hbf. From the apartment Aldi are u. Lidl by car in 5 minutes to reach.. Although we live in a rural area, but the transport links to Dusseldorf, Cologne or Leverkusen are very cheap by car or by local transport.

Pictures are correct. As some reviews already say, it is not a state of the art modern appartment. But it is clean, everything works, and everything you could ever need is there. Never seen such a complete kitchen, with every tool you could need. Shower with plenty hot water Beds are good. Two stairs to the living room, bathroom and kitchen, an additional stairs to the bedroom. All stairs are wide and not steep. Don't expect the Hilton, but expect a nice stay.

It was a great location for the sightseeing we were doing. Very close to Markets. The apt. was spotless. Parking right in front of the building was super. The bed was really comfortable. I really liked the roomy shower. I am tall and had plenty of room. Our stay was flawless.

Nice but...2 sets of stairs to get to property, then another stairs to get to second bedroom. Towels rough and stiff. Living area is converted to one of bedrooms so no gather area except kitchen. Parking spot on busy street. All this is manageable but not the greatest.

Die Wohnung liegt ideal, um NRW in alle Richtungen kennenzulernen. Alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Toaster wäre schön, muss aber nicht sein! Nette unkomplizierte Vermieterin! Dankeschön!

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in der FW. Bis auf ein paar fehlende Utensilien in der Küche waren wir gut zufrieden. Dies haben wir der Vermieterin mitgeteilt. Sie fand es gut und wollte sich darum kümmern. Einzig das die Wohnung für 5 Personen ausgelegt wird halte ich für schwer umsetzbar. Wir waren zu dritt. Das war absolut in Ordnung. Meiner Meinung sind 4 Personen das Maximum. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen und würden diese auch wieder buchen.

Schön gelegen am Rand des Bergischen. Wir hatten die Fahrräder mit und konnten direkt ins Grüne starten. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und für die Erstbenutzung ist alles vorhanden. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett. Insgesamt ist diese Ferienwohnung einen weiteren Besuch wert.

Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hat uns sehr nett empfangen. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr komfortabel ausgestattet. In der Küche sind sogar Gewürze, Kaffeepads und kleine Marmeladen vorhanden gewesen. Auch im Badezimmer war Handseife und Kleenex usw. vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist perfekt für 2-3Personen geeignet. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt dort. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen 😀

Info klopt niet ligt aan een drukke weg. Vele trappen 46 (treden). Keuken lades railen zijn stuk, valt op je tenen maar dit weet de eigenares wel. 2 stoelen kapot ook bekend voor eigenares. Doet er niks aan een beetje lijm maar dat houdt niet. Badkamer is gerenoveerd ,zonder afzuiging , halogeen verlichting ,na 1 douche beurt is het een sauna , magnetron warmte . Ook is er behang geplakt in douche ,waar stof op ligt . Achterste ramen kunnen niet open ,of dicht en 1 ervan n zonder zonnescherm ,dit ook bij dakraam trapgat mist . Slaapkamers nu aan voorzijde huis waar drukke weg loopt , dus als je iets frisse lucht wilt , hoor je de auto's vanaf een uur of 5 . En koekenpan was stuk ,miste vandaan . Stond kind vriendelijk bij ,maar gevaarlijk met trapgat . Mevrouw was eerst nog vriendelijk dat we de klachten melden , toen we weg gingen en mijn vrouw de sleutel in kluisje wilde doen . Snauwde ze haar bijna uit ,was niet meer zo vriendelijk omdat we afval niet goed hadden gescheiden .hiervan stond niets op briefje , wat niet en wel mocht . Ook mochten we niet roken en door astma , long klachten alle 5 .Maar de rook komt van haar neef die echte ketting roker is .wat je in weekend de hele dag in appartement kreeg .wasmachine kon gebruiken ,maar de hele week weg was. Niet zeggen dat je 1 hebt .hierdoor hebben we handwasjes moeten doen en drogen op balkon

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung an einer gut befahrenen Straße. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind gut zu erreichen. Es gibt in der Umgebung viele Wandermöglichkeiten.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in einer gemütlichen Wohnung mit toller Aussicht, in der alles, was man braucht, vorhanden ist. Die Vermieterin ist sehr hilfreich, freundlich und patent, die Gäste sind aber ganz für sich und haben absolute Privatsphäre. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt, es fehlte an nichts. Wir haben die paar Tage genossen. Schade nur, dass die Ferienwohnung kein Wohnzimmer hatte. Auch die Anbindung nach Köln war super, in 15 Minuten war man mit der Bahn am Hauptbahnhof. Den Besuch im Phantasialand fanden wir auch klasse, bloß teiweise etwas über teuert und ziemlich überlaufen.

We had a nice time, and Brigitte was very helpful. The space worked well for 3 people. The Internet connection is a hot spot, so not very strong throughout the house. The beds were comfy. Thanks Brigitte!
