About this condo rental
Located in Saalbach-Hinterglemm, this attractive condo for $189 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Quiet and in a beautiful south facing location, comfortable and cozy apartment (45 sqm) for 2 to 4 people, with living / dining area and fitted kitchen, a bedroom, bathroom and separate WC, (sheets, toilet paper, hair dryer and hand soap, bath towels and towels incl.) as well as underfloor heating in all rooms. A beautiful south facing balcony with great views of the mountains ideal for sunbathing. Satellite TV and free Wi-Fi are available. The kitchen has a dishwasher, refrigerator, ceramic hob, coffee maker, tea maker and toaster, pots, pans, dishes, glasses and cutlery, kitchen roll, plenty of kitchen towels, dish soap and dishwasher. The heated boot room is located in the entrance area, there are two parking spaces directly at the house. Bicycles can be parked in the garage during the summer. Complete country house (10-15 persons): For a larger group there is the possibility the entire country house with all 3 apartments (Apartment 1: # 783574, Apartment 2: # 2123665, Apartment 3: 2401025) to book. The country house offers then on two levels 5 double bedrooms for 11 people, 4 beds in each living / dining areas, 3 kitchens, and 4 bathrooms and 4 toilets. The spacious living / dining area and the terrace of Apartment 1 provide ample space for a cozy get-together.

Gezellig, knus, zeer schoon en fijn appartement
Het appartement is zeer schoon, slim ingericht, ruim genoeg met vier personen. Het heeft een gezellige sfeer. De bedden zijn goed en alles wat je nodig hebt is er. Je kunt wel op 3 manieren koffiezetten als je wilt. Keukentje is klein, maar we hebben er toch een week lang een goede maaltijd kunnen bereiden. Appartement ligt vlak bij een piste, waar je 's ochtends op kunt stappen en 's middags weer kunt afstappen. Klein stukje de berg op lopen.

We just got home from a week in Saalbach staying at Landhaus Simone. The apartment was flawless and the view from the balcony is especially amazing. Walking distance to Kohlmais. Would highly recommend.

Exactly the right property in Saalbach
I was thrilled to find a neat, well-appointed, well-located apartment just above the village and the key lifts. The apartment is clean, perfectly equipped, and nicely decorated. Parking was easy and communication was excellent.

Excellent apartment
We enjoyed staying in this apartment which is very well equipped with quality fittings. It is in a nice location and we especially liked being able to walk down to the village and to two of the cable car stations.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Landhaus Simone sehr genossen. Die Übergabe war völlig problemlos, die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist perfekt und die Skipiste ist leicht erreichbar. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Wonderful place, charming and comfortable. A quiet location but still close to centre and ski lifts. Very helpful, all questions were answered very quick. We had a great time!

We had a great time. The appartment has everything that is needed and is perfectly located. There is really nothing to complain.

Visitors During Week 18th to 25th Jan 2020.
Very good. Well equipped, well decorated and comfortable. Very clean on arrival. It would have been good though if we could have controlled the heating as it was a little warm for us. Good pre arrival communications with the management. Weather was great too.
Overall, a very happy week was spent in the apartment and resort.

Julia so helpful (fresh towels half way through the week was also a nice touch).
Location good - 5mins from lift.

Perfect location and great communications with owner
Landhaus Simone is very well equipped and comfortable. We stayed here for 2 weeks.
We did have the inconvenience of some noisy construction work next door. However Simone was very helpful and moved us to another apartment in the building . All communications with Simone were first class. She is very professional and responds quickly.
I would not hesitate to return to Landhaus Simone. We had secure storage for our bikes and parking.
Saalbach has many cycle and hiking tracks and the Joker Card was used many times! The card was ready for us when we arrived and gives free use of the gondolas etc.

Wer die Ruhe und die Natur bevorzugt ist man bei der Simone genau richtig.
Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, man wird es lieben.
Es hat an nichts gefehlt im Apartment.
Kaffemaschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher usw. alles war zu vorhanden.
Von dem Balkon eine wunderschöne Aussicht.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und ist von der Lage super. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war super nett und wir sind herzlich begrüßt worden. Danke!

Fantastic!
Really beautiful property, immaculately kept and Simone is so easy to deal with, always replies promptly. Close to the slopes and town, we had fresh bread delivered every day from the local baker. Everything you need is in the apartment, loads of storage. It felt just like home. We would highly recommend, we are returning next year ❤️❤️

A lovely apartment.
A good base for walking and mountain biking. Well equipped apartment with good view from balcony. 5 to 10 minute walk from centre of town. Inclusive Joker Card excellent value for hiking bus and cable cars.

Brilliant, exactly as expected and more
Me and wife were here for 4 days mountain biking and was perfect, great location, super friendly and great communication with host, spotlessly clean, nice balcony with view of mountain. Great secure storage for bikes or equipment, boot room, overall very very happy.

Great location, close the slopes, clean and well maintained apartment in beautiful Saalbach village
This was our first visit to Saalbach, and therefore, to Simone's house. The location is close to the nearby 6-seated lift, the house is immaculately maintained and the apartment was equipped with everything one needs for their vacation. Simone was very easy to arrange everything with and she was very responsive with few of our questions. We would highly recommend this house and this apartment for those looking to experience beatiful Austrian skiing. The Saalbach village is a picture-perfect village with many amentities (great restaurants, spa and massage treatments, supermarkets and youth enjoyment), including some of the most beatiful skiing in Europe. Thank you Simone - we will cherish our stay in your house, and will be sure to call on you again in the future!
