General My accommodation is suitable for couples, families (with children), sole and business travelers. It is located in the heart of the historic old town of Hann. Munden. Therefore, all amenities, sights, shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance. living space The bright apartment consists of 2 rooms, a new kitchen and a bathroom with bath. In the bedroom is a large double bed, where you can sleep wonderfully and relax the next morning to get up. If necessary, there is also a single bed in the room, where a third person could stay. The spacious living room is equipped with a beautiful large wooden table where the food can be consumed. In addition, a comfortable chair for relaxing evenings invites you with a good book. There is also a (sleeping) couch where a fourth person can sleep. Due to the large window front, the apartment is beautifully bright. Access for guests Access is through the entrance door. You go up a staircase and on the right side you find the apartment door. Interaction with guests We are available for questions at any time. My mother in law is downstairs in our restaurant, if you have any wishes and for questions and suggestions about the apartment or actions in Hann. I am your contact person. District overview For each booking there is a 10 € food voucher at MyTai Hann. flow means of transport Hann. Münden has a train station within a 10-minute walk. Apart from that, you can reach all the sights and activities in Hann. Münden on foot. Otherwise observe The house is a nice old half-timbered house, that unfortunately no hot water pipes over the central heating were moved. We have in the bathroom of the apartment a hot water storage, so we set the water for her and turn on before. If the water is exhausted or too cold, press a button and it will heat up within 15min.

Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen, dadurch ist es möglich die Stadt zu erkunden und trotzdem immer wieder kurz in der Wohnung zu pausieren, z.B. Brötchen holen für das Frühstück und in der Wohnung frühstücken oder eine kleine Mittagspause einlegen,... Durch die Lage Mitten in der Innenstadt ist es bis spät in die Nacht auch lebendig bis unruhig und am frühen Morgen melden sich dann die Tauben. Also entweder lange Mitfeiern oder guten Schlaf/Ohrenstöpsel mitbringen! Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Der Check-In ist durch die Schlüsselbox völlig unproblematisch.

Das Check-in war unkompliziert und quasi jederzeit möglich, genau wie das Check-out jeweils mithilfe eines Schlüsselkastens mit Code. Mit den Vermietern hat man kaum Kontakt, obwohl sie über der Ferienwohnung wohnen, bei Fragen sind sie aber sofort zur Stelle und auch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen im Restaurant im Erdgeschoss ist lecker und die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Sie ist geräumig und gut eingerichtet. Leider ist das Haus etwas hellhörig und ab und an hat mich etwas gestört, dass das warme Wasser immer extra aufgewärmt werden musste. Das sind jedoch Beschwerden auf hohem Niveau, ich würde jederzeit wieder kommen und war ingesammt sehr zufrieden :-)

Wir hatten ein paar herrliche Tage in dieser schönen Wohnung. Buchung und Zugang waren unkompliziert, das Ambiente der Wohnung sehr angenehm, die zentrale Lage ausgezeichnet. Sehr gerne wieder!

Die Lage der Wohnung ist für einen Kurzbesuch der Stadt Hannoversch-Münden ideal. Die Anfahrt und das Ausladen des Gepäcks gestalten sich allerdings schwierig (Einbahnstraße, geringe Haltemöglichkeit). Das Treppenhaus ist dunkel und sehr heruntergekommen. Es riecht sehr stark nach Gekochtem aus dem Restaurant im Erdgeschoss. Statt, wie angegeben, sind keine 2 Schlafräume sondern nur ein Raum mit 4 Betten vorhanden. Warmes Wasser zum Duschen steht für mehrere Personen nur ausreichend nach 1/4 stündigen Anheizen des Boilers zur Verfügung.

Sehr saubere, relativ hübsch eingerichtete Wohnung in der Innenstadt. In einem romantischen Fachwerkhaus, dadurch allerdings hellhörig. Geschäfte und Sehenswürdigkeiten sowie Restaurants und Cafes fußläufig erreichbar. Parken in der Nähe zum Teil kostenpflichtig. Leider keineswegs 2 Schlafzimmer, sondern ein Schlafzimmer für 4 Personen. Die Kinder waren jedoch begeistert.

Die Wohnung war sauber und vor allem schön kuschelig warm. Man hatte alles was man braucht und wir waren mitten in der Innenstadt. Wunderbar, kann ich jedem empfehlen.

Insgesamt hat uns der Aufenthalt gefallen, schöne. , zentrale Lage in der Innenstadt. Vermieter sehr freundlich und tolerant. Schön wären Nachttische und Lampen an jedem Bett, und eine gemütliche Lampe am Esstisch.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung. Es war alles vorhanden, was wir brauchten. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Und das leckere Essen in ihrem Restaurant war noch ein besonderes Highlight!

Die Wohnung hat uns gefallen, die Küche ist jedoch sehr spartanisch ausgestattet. Es gibt keine Spühlmaschine (Platz wäre genug) und das vorhandene Geschirr war nicht wirklich sauber.

Die Wohnung liegt direkt im Zentrum der schönen Altstadt. Das Badezimmer ist modern und sieht aus wie frisch renoviert. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und da sie direkt unter der Wohnung ein Restaurant betreiben hat man einen Ansprechpartner direkt vor Ort.

Wir hatten ein optie fur 2 Schlafzimmer genommen und in App/war nur 1 Schlafzimmer mit ein Schlafcouch in Wohnzimmer, aber doch gut geschlafen auf dem Couch im Wohnzimmer.
