The apartment is on the first floor of a large family house on a plot of 3100 m2. If the house is a large carport with roof terrace (36 m2). There is also a terrace of 150 m2 with grill / grill. Both terraces are equipped with comfortable furniture. From the terrace you have a wonderful panoramic view of the surroundings. The back of the house belonging to Forest offers good play opportunities for children. The ascent hiking trail follows the footpath to the nearby village. During your stay, you are the only resident (s) of the family home. From the house you have direct access to many walks in forests, meadows and nearby streams. For the experienced and inexperienced cyclist there is the Sauerland Radring, a rolling 84 km newly paved bike path on the former railway. For motorcyclists, it is an ideal starting point for motorcycle tours. The engines can be safely parked in the carport. The touristically attractive places Winterberg, Schmallenberg and Meschede lie around. About 3 km from the house in the center of Eslohe is the beautiful heated indoor and outdoor Esselbad. Kupferstraße 40, 59889 Eslohe (Sauerland), & Right next to the pool is a beautiful park with an extensive playground for children up to 15 years. Eslohe has 4 large supermarkets, several restaurants, horse riding, mini golf, tennis and the micro brewery Essel-Bräu. Pets are not allowed. The house is smoke free. Alles was man braucht

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön. Sie ist für sechs Erwachsene Personen mit vollwertige Betten ausgelegt. Das Badezimmer ist neu und die Küche hatte auch alles was man braucht. Wir waren fast eine Woche dort und uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Für die Anfahrt zum kahlen Asten haben wir circa 50 Minuten gebraucht.

Heerlijke twee weken gehad. Mooi uitzicht op de verschillende terrassen en vanuit de ramen. Veel fiets en wandel mogelijkheden. Woon/eetkamer/ keuken is relatief klein voor een zes persoons appartement. Gelukkig hadden we prachtig weer en konden we bijna altijd buiten zitten en eten. Grote slaapkamers, mooie badkamer. Prettig contact met eigenaar.

Schick renovierte ältere Wohnung in ruhiger Lage

Hallo wir sind mit drei Kindern für 4 Tage dort gewesen. Leider war der erste Eindruck nicht so gut, da die Wohnung nur sehr oberflächlich gereinigt wurde. Sonst war der Kontakt mit der Betreuung vor Ort ganz nett und unkomliziert. Bad und Küche sehen dank einer Renovierung sehr ansprechend aus. Die Schlafzimmer sind ordentlich aber schon älter. Die Lage der Wohnung ist für Naturfreunde und Wanderer sehr gut. Wir haben die Abgeschiedenheit genossen. Alles in allem waren wir zufrieden mit dem Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Danke

Schoon en rustig

Fijne woning waar je ook met meer personen goed kunt verblijven. Erg schoon en veel spullen aanwezig om te koken. Restaurantjes in de buurt. Ook winterberg is goed bereikbaar. Kortom, een fijne verblijfplaats als je ook van rust houdt.

In idyllischer Lage gelegen bot das Haus bzw. die Wohnung alles, was man eben als Gast in einer Ferienwohnung erwartet. Die Schlüsselübergabe verlief wie vereinbart reibungslos. Letzte Detailanfragen vor Urlaubsantritt wurden vom freundlichen Vermieter zeitnah beantwortet. Das Haus machte einen ordentlichen Eindruck. Die Terrasse lud zu gemütlichen Aufenthalten im Freien ein und bot einen herrlichen Panoramablick. Wir hatten auch Glück mit dem Wetter und konnten 2 x mal den Hausgrill nutzen. Der Carport bot unseren Motorrädern einen geschützten und trockenen Stellplatz. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im nahen Eslohe (ca. 6 km) gab es genügend. Wer will, kann direkt vom Haus aus Spaziergänge starten. Für Motorrradurlauber gibt es einige schöne Touren ! Aber auch Radfahrer und Wanderer kommen auf ihre Kosten. Alles in allem war es ein gelungener Urlaub ! Einziges kleines Manko war die Ein- bzw. Ausfahrt. Hier ist wirklich Vorsicht geboten.

Heerlijk verblijf gehad in dit ruime appartement. Alles schoon en goed verzorgd en inclusief handdoeken en bedlinnen. Er stond zelfs een flesje wijn klaar. Sleuteloverdracht met de buurman is ook prima geregeld. Aanrader.

Gemütlich renovierte Wohnung

Die Wohnung wurde sowohl von innen wie von außen renoviert. Wir hatten genügend Platz für 4Erwachsene und zwei Kinder. Alles was man so in der Küche brauchte war vorhanden.(es fehlte etwas Stauraum für die Einkäufe) Es gab genug Handtücher und sogar Waschlappen, nur leider zu wenig Möglichkeiten um sie zum trocknen aufzuhängen. Wir haben draußen toll gegrillt und konnten die Autos wetterfest unterbringen. Bei Schnee wäre die Einfahrt zum und vom Haus Weg wohl schwierig geworden (sehr steil) aber man hätte auch unten einen Parkplatz gehabt. Schlüsselübergabe lief super. Und die Putzfrau war auch da :-) Wir würden wiederkommen und hoffen die Wohnung wird in den nächsten Jahren schön gepflegt.

Gratis bedlinnen en handdoeken. Ideaal! Het uitzicht is mooi. Je staat direct in de bossen en we hebben dus gewandeld naar het volgende dorp en daar lekker wat gedronken in een typisch Sauerlands pension. Dat was zo gezellig, dat we er 's avonds ook gingen eten. Als je van een mooie omgeving, wandelen en rust houdt, is dit een super adres. Onze 3 kinderen van 18,15 en 11 hadden toch lekker WiFi, dus zij vonden het ook geweldig! Er lag geen sneeuw en het was al prachtig. Dus met sneeuw is het er nog mooier! Grote kans dat we nog eens terugkomen!
