The location of the property was perfect for our adventures fishing and eating. The property was clean and spacious for the 5 of us. The booking process was trouble free.

Two of my children and their families enjoyed the best vacation ever! House was quiet, clean and a very short walk to the beach. The neighborhood was lovely, the town very child friendly and the scenery beautiful.

We love Seaside!! And this location was great. Quiet residential neighborhood away from the bustle of Main Street but still walking distance to everything - BEACH, food, activities!!

Great location and basic dwelling accommodated our family. Enjoyed ourselves in spite of the lodging’s shortcomings. Weather was mid-70s and indoors remained comfortable with open windows. But if any hotter outside, the inside would be unpleasant. Giving low rating as this unit needs lots of basic improvements by owners. The lack of any kitchen area table should be noted. The counter top seating as seen in photos is visually appealing but disappointing when having to deal with flimsy barstools that cannot be height adjusted. Combined with lack of space due to crowded nature of oversized couch, the bar seating is rendered useless for six adults. Kitchen is minimal in basics. Bring your own sharp knife! (The customary set is dull). Also would need your own spices, measuring cups, cone shaped coffee filters (they do stock lots of the wrong shape…that you can adapt), and pots and pans (unless you don’t mind loose handled, rust covered old ones). Cutting boards are so used with deep grooves as to be bio-hazard. The couch area becomes your dining seating. Though no hardtop flat surface to sets drink down. That lump in the chair? It’s the first aid kit mysteriously hidden under the cushion!? TV, yes. But no local channels as the areas local news and weather tv broadcasts are apparently no longer valued by owners. Limited to finding movies via Netflix. No ‘dvd library’ in existence. Called the MGMT to inform of this discrepancy when voicing my frustration of no TV channel access. The response: “there’s a PS4…” I’m no gamer but know PS4 does not get me to a dvd library nor to local tv stations. As other reviews noted, beds are soft [read: low quality mattresses]. Bathrooms have plenty of towels. Bring your own Kleenex/tissues (also a staple item for rental units the world over, but not valued by ownership). Garage wall near water heater is filled with pile of broken boogie boards, a snow sled (?!) and young child related bikes and beach(?)gear parts. (Does such present a fore hazard so close to heater?!). Overall, this place is an example of what a rental can be when ownership never steps foot into their ‘investment’. Regardless, the location is ideal and worth navigating the drawbacks of this dwelling. I don’t normally post reviews but future visitors deserve to know.

This house was great, had most of the creature comforts you could want and location was excellent without having to pay a ton.

Lacks in maintenance, carpet had stains & the BBQ mentioned in review is a tiny tabletop unit!

We had an amazing time visiting Seaside and this home made is so easy and convenient with everything they have to offer. We made tons of chicken and pancakes in the large griddle, and even made s’mores from the small bbq grill. There is a beach 0.1 miles away, so we visited that beach the most. The home was clean, bright and very nicely decorated.

We were scheduled to stay four days but left a day early. Location to the beach is very close and convenient. The home was nicely furnished but became cramped quickly on the main level with our two adult children and two younger grandkids even though it will accommodate up to eight. The three bedrooms upstairs are nice which includes a very nice master BR. However, the mattresses are soft. The kitchen seemed somewhat low stocked with cookware and dishes but overall doable. I thought the cleaning crew was sub par for what we were charged for a cleaning fee as part of the overall rental The garbage cans were full so we ended up hauling out a lot of trash as I didn't want to leave it in the garage or out by the trash cans. Loved the decor and the nice fenced backyard Overall a nice place but some things can be improved.

Absolutely loved this rental! Had more than enough towels, spacious bedrooms and a great kitchen to cook in! Super close to downtown Seaside...I most definitely would stay here again! I recommend for sure!

All was great, kitchen nicely stocked with cooking supplies. Only reason I deducted a star was no AC in the unit. We just so happened to stay during a heatwave and it was a nightmare to attempt to sleep lol

Some negative things that we observed were: long blonde hair on kitchen towels, some dirty burned on pots and pans and cups, doorbell is not working, front door handle was not screwed in tightly and fell off, husband had to buy a screwdriver to fix the handle, horrible pillows no one in our family got any sleep the first night, they're just super cheap, uncomfortable and synthetic. I ended up driving to Warrenton and buying pillows for everyone at Fred Myer.There is no large skillet for big family to make one large meal, neighbors smoked a lot of weed that you can smell a very strongly in downstairs and upstairs bathrooms, had to explain to family that that smell is from the neighbors. On the positive note its a very beautiful area, house is super close to the beach, kitchen is generally well stocked, eco friendly products in home, plenty of towels, sheets and blankets, beach toys and entrainment items we wonderful. Loved the decor, backyard view and the peaceful, not overcrowded Seaside experience. Overall a great stay but some things can be improved.

The home was super clean. Lots of extra towels and sheets. Kitchen was nicely stocked with dishes and cooking items. It was perfect for what our family needed. Would definitely recommend!

This home fit our group wonderfully!!! The home was modern, very clean and great location. Open floor plan downstairs and small backyard. I really enjoyed the neighborhood it was in. Nice and quiet. It was close to a quieter side of seaside with each ves and restaurants. Only minutes to main downtown.

What my family and I loved was that the house was really nice and cleaned and walking distance from the beach we felt like we where home.

Great location, clean, cute decorations. It doesn't have a dinning room table, but we didn't need it, although we enjoyed cooking in the open space kitchen. Wish there was a hot tub!

The location is great! The room decoration is beautiful and cozy. All utility and cookwares are new, everything in the kitchen is prepared including all the gadget. The room layout is excellent and convenient. Ample supply of great quality towels and bedding in the bathrooms and bedrooms.

Best experience we had with beach rentals so far. Have to come back during summer time to experience the bright lights in the pictures.

The house feels virtually new. Excellent location at the far south end of Seaside its only 5 minutes to downtown and only 10 minutes from Cannon Beach. Quiet neighborhood.

We had such a great time at this property. It comfortably fit 4 adults, a teen and a 2 year old. It was super clean and had all of the things we needed to make our stay comfortable. (Extra blankets, towels, and the kitchen was well stocked) There were bikes and scooters for the kids in the garage, and the backyard backs to a golf course and we enjoyed seeing a doe and 2 fawn one morning. We would definitely stay again!
