The view was fantastic, but house and yard needed some TLC.

Great location, with good views across the harbour. Clean with comfortable beds. The kitchen/dinning facilities would be tight if there were 5 guests. The skirting-boards and outside paintwork need attention though this does not detract from the functionality of the accommodation. There is a heat pump in the corridor which warms the house {though not the kitchen] . When the bedroom doors are closed these rooms are cold, but there is ample bedding.

Enjoyed stay, don't expect modern accommodation. Property needs some work done to it. Needs door to shower to stop water going over the bathroom floor, bath does not work and the toilet is rustic, no lock on bathroom door. It is a older place and very 60's/70's and needs a paint job. It work for us just.

We booked for three nights . Arrived with our spaniel after a long drive to find the property in a terrible state of disrepair.. drafty, broken window, ripped bedding and a toilet in a cupboard , with plastic bags sealing the plumbing outlet from the toilet . Old shabby furniture. The outside of the property resembled a gang house . Too late that day to relocate so we stayed the night and left first thing in the morning. We have messaged the owner’s numerous times re our experience and requested a refund which they refuse to do . We don’t recommend

The house inside is tidy and very dated , First impressions for the outside is we have arrived at the wrong place. I doubt this building would pass any building inspection as the list of non compliant issues is to much to list. The general feeling we have is there is junk/ projects laying around everywhere and old van and trailer in the carparking area. The bathroom shower has no screen or curtain so the floor becomes saturated and there is no fall on the floor to allow drainage. It took a while to find the toilet as its located in a old cupboard entrance due to to original layout of the house. Would not stay again or recommend to others.
