Beach Access : This house is located at the edge of the beach, where it is protected from wave erosion by rip-rap. Beach access varies from season to season, depending mainly on the effect of winter storms on the sand level and lagoon location. Parking: You can easily fit three cars in the driveway, and one more by parking valet-style. The nearest on-street parking is two blocks away.
