Oceanfront Living at Ocean View Pricing-2nd Row with Big View and Boardwalk! Welcome to "Toes in the Sand"...unobstructed ocean view with boardwalk to the beach...Ocean front living at second row pricing! Dog Friendly! This beautifully decorated and well maintained vacation home is located on the second row beachfront with direct access to the beach. The seaward lot is not buildable so there is no home there to block the view. You can sit on the screened porch and listen to the waves gently crash against the shore or watch the shrimp boats go by from the upstairs balcony.
One Particular Harbor can easily accommodate your family of 6, with three bedrooms and two baths. One King bed, one Queen bed, and the third bedroom has a set of Twin beds. Every bedroom opens to the balcony or porch. No smoking, please.
Harbor Island offers activities for the whole family. You can swim in the uncrowded pool or ocean. Play tennis or volleyball at the club house. If you like golf, you can play at one of the many beautiful courses nearby. Fish in the surf or charter a boat at nearby marinas. Nature walks include sea shells and sandpipers or see hundreds of nesting egrets and herons as a lonely alligator lies silently in the green lagoon.
Many guests enjoy day trips to Beaufort where one can take a carriage ride to view the stately southern mansions and grand oaks with Spanish moss hanging from their limbs. The beauty of the Lowcountry has been the backdrop for many recent movies including The Big Chill, The Great Santini, The Prince of Tides, and Forest Gump.
If you are looking for glitz and glamour, large crowds and noise, traffic jams, and crowded beaches, Harbor Island is not for you. If you are looking for a quiet unspoiled beach to enjoy a family vacation or a romantic get-away, you will love your vacation at Toes in the Sand.
Renters must be over 25 years of age to reserve our property.
*Max one dog allowed (medium sized or smaller) with non-refundable pet fee of $200.
*Please note that golf cart rentals are NOT permitted for renters per the Harbor Island rules. Personal golf carts also can NOT be brought onto the island per the rules.
*Seasonal dates and rates subject to change. Rates are rent only. Add departure cleaning, 11% SC taxes, 3% booking fee and vehicle gate passes. Gate pass fees are per vehicle: day pass $25; 2 nights $35; 3 nights $45; 4 nights $55; 5 nights $65; 6 nights $75; 7 nights $85, 8-30 nights $140; 31-365 nights $215.

Great location with ocean views. Perfect layout for a family. Screened porch is the spot to watch the sunrise and sunset. Plenty of space to get comfortable and relax. Quiet private beach. House was immaculate and had everything you need from a fully stocked kitchen to beach chairs! Would stay again!

Enjoyed our stay at this lovely beach house! Great views of the ocean from each bedroom. Loved spending mornings and eating dinner on the screened porch. Very relaxing and easy access to and from the beach. Hope to be back next year!

this was the 5th beach vacation for 3 (female 55) old school friends and this ranked as probably the best. house was on the beach even tho it is technically 2nd row back (there is no house in front of it) and had a nice little yard. perfect sunrise views and almost had the beach completely to ourselves (we were there memorial day weekend for the entire week after). the location was perfect to be away from it all but easily accessible to beaufort sc for dinners out. we’d definitely rent this house again

We loved Harbor Island and this house would be just perfect with a little TLC. The room fans were filthy with dust and you could write your name on the top of the refrigerator. Both the king and queen beds need new mattresses, and the LR furniture is musty. Never been to a rental
That provides no basic supplies (one roll of TP per bathroom, 1 dishwasher pod, no aluminum foil, no garbage bags, no cleaning supplies etc.
