Our holiday home No. 435 is located in the holiday park De Krim near De Cocksdorp and offers you a nice ambience for relaxing days. The rental takes place in the season only on a weekly basis Saturday - Saturday. The Saturday as arrival day will save you waiting on Hollands streets and at the ferry. In diesem Haus fühlt man sich sehr wohl. Es ist mit allem was benötigt wird, und noch mehr, ausgestattet. Es wurde wirklich an alles gedacht. Das Haus ist großzügig und bietet viel Raum. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sehr schönes ruhiges Ferienhaus
Das Haus ist äußerst gepflegt, ein großes Grundstück mit 2 Terassen, für beide gibt es ausreichend Gartenmöbel. Leider war das Wetter bei uns nicht gut, so dass wir die Terasse, die windgeschütz an den Wohnraum anschließt, nur zweimal kurz nutzen konnten, das war in der Sonne aber herrlich. Die Ausstattung ist sehr ansprechend und die Geräte hochwertig. Das Bad unten ganz neu, alles funktioniert einwandfrei. Es gibt gutes Leselicht. Der Woh-Essraum ist wunderbar hell und sehr ansprechend möbliliert. Die Schlafräume sind hell und völlig ausreichend groß und verfügen über ausreichend Schrankplatz auch für längere Aufenthalte. Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr gut und es gibt so viel Geschirr, dass sich die Spülmaschine wirklich lohnt und nicht ständig laufen muss . Die Lage ist sehr gut, zum Strand mit dem Rad ca. 15 Minuten, zum Einkaufen sind es mit dem Rad max. 5 Minuten. Einfach rundum gut und empfehlenswert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Super verblijf in een super nette van alle gemak voorziene woning!
Mooie, grote goed onderhouden woning. Alles is voorhanden om er een geslaagde vakantie van te maken. Ook de medewerkers van het domein zijn super vriendelijk. Texel is een heel mooi eiland om enkele dagen te verblijven. Wij hebben over de hele lijn genoten!

Die Kommunikation vorab mit den Eheleuten Wiepking war erstklassig. Und der Garten für die Kinder ein Traum. Alles war vorhanden, was man benötigt. Gerne wieder.

Klasse park met OK bungalow
De service op dit prak is uitmuntend. We kunnen niets anders zeggen. De bungalow is OK, een beetje outdated qua interieur maar OK en op zich comfortabel, hoewel de bedden een upgrade kunnen gebruiken (maar absoluut niet slecht). De receptie en het restaurant Paviljoen van onverwachte klasse. Echt de moeite waard: vriendelijk, oplossend vermogen is groot en snel. Het eten in het restaurant is OK tot gewoon goed.

De woning was van alle gemakken voorzien, alleen het douchen in het bad op de bovenverdieping was doordat je krom moest staan een beetje moeilijk.

Lieber Herr Wiepking, danke für die schöne Woche in einem persönlichen Ferienhaus mit wunderschönem Garten. Alle haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Texel und Ihr Haus sind eine Reise wert. Der Dumont-Reiseführer, im Haus vorhanden, gab uns weitere wertvolle Tipps. Unbedingt das Texel Bier probieren und eine Runde Golf auf dem naheliegenden Golfplatz spielen - für alle offen und preisgünstig.

Klasse Urlaub
Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt bei bestem Wetter. Im Ferienhaus haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt (gemützlich eingerichtet und es war alles vorhanden was wir brauchten). Der Garten bot für die Kinder zusätzliche Bewegungsfreiheit und die Kaninchen und der Fasan, die dort zu Besuch kamen wurden freudig begrüßt und bestaunt. Supermarkt, Rezeption, Sielplätze, Schwimmbad - alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen und auch der Strand ist nicht weit und wunderschön. Vielen Dank - auch für die freundliche, persönliche Betreuung :-). Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Das Haus bietet alles, was das Herz begehrt. Tolle Lage, super Ausstattung und viele Extras (kleine Bibliothek, 2 Kaffeemaschinen, 2 Bäder etc.). Unsere Familie hat sich super wohlgefühlt.

Super Lage, zentrumsnah und doch ruhig, ideal mit Kindern
Wir haben unseren Urlaub in der Anlage sehr genossen. Im Haus ist alles was man braucht. Der Garten ist toll für die Kinder zum spielen. Wir sind mit 5 Mann angereist, 3 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder (8 und 9) und hatten ausreichend Platz. Super auch, dass Waschmaschine und Trockner vorhanden sind. WLAN funktioniert, gute Verbindung. Das tolle Schwimmbad ,das während des Aufenthalts inklusive ist, haben wir täglich genutzt. Man ist sehr zentrumsnah, so dass man morgens schnell frische Brötchen holen kann. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter ist vorbildlich, er hat uns bereits vorab jede Menge Tips gegeben, welche wir auch genutzt haben. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Perfektes Haus
Alles wieder perfekt, das Haus ist mit den zwei Badezimmern, Waschmaschine, Trockner und allem anderen ein besonderes Feriendomizil. Liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber, man fühlt sich einfach wohl. Das kostenfreie Schwimmbad haben wir mit unseren zwei Enkeln oft besucht. Gerne kommen wir wieder, so oft wir können! Toller Texelurlaub
Wieder haben wir einen wunderschönen Urlaub auf Texel verbracht, zum 4 x in diesem gemütlichen Ferienhaus. Sehr schön der neu errichtete Paal 435 am Haus. Wie immer haben wir alles sauber und gepflegt vorgefunden, die neue Sitzgruppe im Wohnbereich lädt zum Entspannen ein. Besonders schön ist auch der Blick vom Essbereich in den Garten. Hier kann man sich wohlfühlen.

Wunderbare Ferienwoche
Ein wirklich tadelloses Ferienhaus in einer schönen Umgebung.
Alles war bestens in dem Häuschen: Einrichtung, Garten, Freizeitangebot im Ferienpark.
Da auch das Wetter noch mitspielte, verlebten meine Frau, mein Sohn und ich eine nahezu perfekte Woche auf der schönen Insel Texel.
Wir waren bestimmt nicht zum letzten mal hier.

Perfekt für Familien
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Haus wirklich sehr genossen. Das Haus wird von Privat vermietet und macht sich auch in der Einrichtung bemerkbar. Alles ist vorhanden, sogar ein Kinderstuhl und zwei Reisebetten für die ganz kleinen Gäste. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und wird von uns mit Sicherheit noch ein zweites Mal gebucht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief reibungslos und der Kontakt war wirklich sehr nett.
Preislich war es sehr attraktiv, zumal auch die Nutzung des Schwimmbads enthalten ist.
Bei der nächsten Buchung werden wir dieses Haus auf jeden Fall wieder anfragen.

Winterurluab in gemütlichem Ambiente
Wir waren im Februar auf Texel um dort eine ruhige Woche zu verbringen. Wir hatten ein Haus mit Kamin gesucht und hier fündig geworden. Das Haus ist sehr ordentlich und gepflegt. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch das Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt. Die Komunikation mit dem Besitzer hat vortrefflich funktioniert. Wir hatten von Anfang an den Eindruck das richtige Objekt gefunden zu haben.

Zum zweiten Mal in diesem Objekt, diesmal im Winter bei herrlichem Wetter. Das Haus ist perfekt, die neue Sitzgarnitur wertet es noch mal auf.

Perfekter Urlaub
Wir haben eine erholsame Woche auf Texel verbracht. Dazu beigetragen hat u.a. dieses liebevoll eingerichtete, ruhig gelegene Ferienhaus auf einem nicht einsehbarem Grundstück. Die 2 großen Fenster bieten vom Esstisch einen Blick auf die Terrasse ( Morgensonne) und den Rasen, wo
jeden Morgen und Abend ein Kaninchen vorbeischaut. Das Haus steht in einem schön gelegenen Feriendorf, dass vielseitige Aktivitäten bietet, besonders das neu erbaute Schwimmbad ( erfreulicherweise dank der Vermieter kostenfrei ) sei zu erwähnen. Auch ein gepflegter Wander- und Radweg führt vom Feriendorf an den phantastischen Strand mit Blick auf den Leuchtturm.
