Excellent location (not far from the train/bus station, close to the Old Town, a supermarket in the neighboring building, and plenty of nice places within walking distance).
Two bathrooms and a kitchen with an oven.
The staff was always available and responsive.
Two small rooms are located next to the toilets, and the larger one is next to the entrance door. The doors to all rooms are semi-transparent, so whenever the hallway light is turned on, the rooms become bright as well.
There are very few glasses in the kitchen — fewer than I’ve ever seen anywhere.

My room key was quite difficult to use since it did not fit perfectly in the keyhole. It would take me around 5-10 minutes just to lock/unlock the door.

I did like the contact with the property owner, its location, price, excellent Wi-Fi network, and facilities made available.
Cleanliness might have been better.

Location is good.
This is the perfect example of a property where the management is doing the absolute minimum to keep it running. All contact with the staff was over message, the flat is in serious need of renovation, the bathroom smells, the walls are dirty and need painting. Even the calendar in the kitchen is three years old.
These people don’t care about this place and are not interested in making the guest experience comfortable or unique or even acceptable.
The room keys don’t work, and you are sharing the flat with strangers with no way to secure your room.
Another example, the power went out on my last night. No one tried to do anything about this, nor contact me to say they were aware of the situation and doing their best to find out what was going on.
The price was good, but for the same price, I am sure considerably better places are available in Bari.
