Such a wonderful property, Presented to a very high standard and spotlessly clean. Brian and Carol have gone above and beyond to ensure that Tradewind contains everything a holidaymaker needs - and then some! The best holiday property we have ever stayed in, it was so comfortable. Mention must be made of the very generous welcome pack,such a lovely, kind gesture and much appreciated. Communication prior to the holiday was excellent and we were given so much useful information.

The owners keep this property to such a high standard it is like walking into a brand new house. The owners are really friendly and provide a fabulous welcome pack. There is an Xbox, DVDs, board games and lots of little helpful extra things such as dishwasher tablets, extra loo roll and washing powder. We have three teenage sons and I felt there was plenty of room for us: good size lounge, conservatory and kitchen/diner. The bungalow is 5-10 walk from a really nice large Co-Op, it is also just near the costal path. It is the best kept property I have ever stayed in and would thoroughly recommend it. Also if you visit August bank holiday I would recommend the steam fair and the scooter gathering, kids enjoyed both.

The only slight downside is that the sandy beaches and a lot of attractions are on the other side of the island, which is 40-50 mins drive on windy roads. I didn’t mind this but I wasn’t doing the driving. Nevertheless, there is plenty to do near property, we walked on the Tennyson Way to the Needles (75 mins)and the kids enjoyed the Aqua park and Football Golf at Tapnell Farm (7 mins drive).

The bungalow is airy, spacious, very well kitted out - even trays provided to carry food outdoors to eat - and situated in a peaceful lane, 10 minutes walk from the Bay, overlooking a field. There are plenty of places - front and back - to choose from to sit outside. A well-stocked corner shop is 5 mins walk away. The care which Carol and Brian take to ensure that EVERYTHING is spotlessly clean meant we had no health and safety concerns in this current Covid climate.

Perhaps more absorbent bath towels? However the well equipped utility/laundry room enabled us to wash and dry them easily.

It was self catering. Location was excellent for our needs. Had all the facilities and space that we needed. Hosts met us and left a very generous “goody bag” for us.
