Inside The holiday home has two floors, with the living room with kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor, and two bedrooms on the upper floor. The living space of the house is approximately 100 square meters. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, four hot plates, oven, dishwasher and washing machine. The living room offers enough seating for 6 people. TV with (German) satellite program, stereo, DVD player can be used. A total of five beds are available: two double beds and one single bed.

Good town centre location.
Second bedroom not very private as you have to walk through the first bedroom.
Only German tv channels...we had to watch tv on our laptop. Would have expected more choice for the price we paid

Schönes Ferienhaus im ruhigen Brouwershaven
Wir haben unseren Urlaub mit den 3 Kindern in Brouwershaven sehr genossen ... das Haus ist sehr schön und lädt ein zum Wohlfühlen. Eins der Schlafzimmer im OG ist Durchgangszimmer, aber uns hat das nicht gestört. Reiseabwicklung mit dem Vermieter war nett und problemlos. Garten ist wundervoll und gepflegt. Brouwershaven ist super Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren (zum Strand ca. 30 Minuten) und hat einen Hafen mit mehreren tollen Restaurants .... alles ein wenig fernab vom Trubel zB. In Renesse. Wir würden wieder kommen ...

It was the second time we stayed at the house, we like the central location in the village, you can take nice walks nearby. Very good communication with the owner.

Tolles Ferienhaus mittendrin
Das Haus steht an zentraler Lage In ruhigem Quartier und hat einen schönen Garten. Es ist zwar ringhörig, dafür toll eingerichtet und super ausgestattet. Zum Einkaufen ist man in dem hübschen Ort nur 2 Minuten unterwegs, dasselbe gilt für Eis, Café oder Essen. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Sehr schöner Garten und Wohnbereich. Die Fahräder waren super. Leider ist aus der Objekt Beschreibung nicht hervor gegangen, das eine Schlafzimmer ein Durchgangs Zimmer in das andere Schlafzimmer ist.

We really liked the location and the old village of Brouwershaven. There are lot's of restaurants and also some shopping in walking distance.
I took part in a Sailing Regatta in Port Zelande, the drive to there and the beach is about 17 minutes by car.
The instructions for check in and check out are mostly written in German, you might want to ask for a translated version if needed.

Schönes Haus mit schnuckeligem Garten
Gut ausgestattetes Haus in einem wunderschönen ruhigen und idyllischem Dorf. 2 Minuten zu Fuss zum kleinen Hafen mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Pommes und Eis. Sehr schöner, verspielter Garten mit schöner Terrasse. Im Haus selbst nicht so viel Möglichkeiten um die eigenen Sachen zu verstauen und Rollos im Dachgeschoss wären toll. Sonst aber sehr gut ausgestattet u für Kinder gut geeignet.

schnuckeliges, gemütliches Haus, toller Garten
Das Haus ist wirklich schnuckelig und gemütlich. Es ist alles da, was braucht. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig. Der sehr nette Vermieter reagierte sofort auf E-Mail, als wir uns meldeten. Der Garten ist total schön und gepflegt. Man hat dort eine schöne, möblierte Terrasse inkl. Schirm. Zu Fuß ist man in 3 Minuten am kleinen zentralen Platz mit einigen/wenigen Restaurants/Cafes und einem Spar-Markt, wo man morgens auch frische Brötchen bekommt. Die Möblierung des Hauses ist vollständig und zweckmäßig wenn auch teilweise in die Jahre gekommen. Aber alles funktionierte. Es waren 3 Fahrräder, einige Spiele, Bücher, Fernseher und DVD-Spieler vorhanden. Von hier aus waren wir mit dem Auto in ca. 15 Minuten am Strand von Renesse.

Alles da, netter Kontakt, kleiner Wermutstropfen
Ausstattung, Betten (wenn auch ungewohnt zu zweit auf 1,40 zu schlafen ;)), Garten und Kontakt 5 Sterne. 1 Stern Abzug muss ich jedoch für Sauberkeit geben. Hatte den Eindruck dass nur der Essbereich und Couchbereich grob gereinigt worden ist - va. Oben aber nicht. Im Müllschrank fanden wir verschimmelte Essensreste hinter den Eimern und im Putzschrank schimmelten die Nasswischtücher vor sich hin. War aber ja leicht zu beheben, somit kein größeres Problem.

Schöne Lage, gute und vollständige Ausstattung, großzügiger Garten
Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war sehr freundlich, die Übergabe problemlos. Das Haus können wir unumschränkt empfehlen, es hat an nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Gemütlich, tolle Lage und optimale Ausstattung
Wir waren mit unseren beiden Töchtern (8 und 6 Jahre alt) für zwei Wochen in diesem gemütlichen Haus mit einem wunderbaren Garten. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und es ist sehr angenehm, dass ein Grundbestand an Bedarfsartikeln wie Spülmittel, Seife, Gewürze etc. vorhanden sind. Auch gibt es jede Menge Bücher, DVDs und Spiele. Brouwershafen selbst ist ein zauberhaftes Örtchen, wo wir zu Fuß zum Brötchenholen, Fischladen und Supermarkt gehen konnten. Wir waren uns alle einig, dass wir gerne wieder kommen wollen.

Gemütliches Ferienhaus
Tolles Haus, alles vorhanden, was man braucht (Möbel, Küchenausstattung, Bettwäsche, Handtücher) und 2 voll funktionstüchtige Fahrräder. So etwas haben wir bislang noch in keiner Ferienwohnung erlebt. Sehr gute Betten und ein schöner gepflegter Garten mit gemütlicher Terasse. Sehr ruhige Lage und dennoch zentral in Brouwershaven gelegen. Haben unsere 2 Urlaubswochen Familienurlaub genossen.

Im Haus fehlt es an nichts. Der Garten ist groß genug für Kinder zum Spielen, auf der Terasse kann man schön sitzen und essen.
Sind viel mit den Rädern gefahren sind in gutem Zustand.

Wundervoll!
Gibt es das Paradies? Wenn ja, dann vielleicht hier. Wir fanden alles wunderschön. Das Dorf, den Garten, das Haus, die Natur drumherum, die riesige, uralte Kirche, die man sogar vom Garten aus sieht.
