Nestled in Atlantic Beach, this charming condo for $303 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Thank you for checking us out! We are Myrtle Beach Vacation Stations and we would love to be able to host you and your group on your next vacation to the North Myrtle Beach area! Enjoy this gorgeous three bedroom, two bath, pet friendly unit that is located only a short walk from the ocean. Built in 2007 and recently renovated; This unit is on the first floor and has its own private entrance, as well as a full kitchen, front porch, and private back porch overlooking the back yard. This property is a house that has two units, with SandCastle Down being the first floor apartment. You will find miles of beautiful wide sandy beaches with plenty of South Carolina Sunshine with this home being so close to the ocean. Myrtle Beach is known for its golf; boasting over 80 easily accessible courses. If a golf course is not your thing, Myrtle Beach is also known as the Mini-Golf Capital of the world, so it goes without saying that there is one nearby. Not to mention Barefoot Landing with over 100 shops and dining possibilities, including the new Lucy Buffets Lulu’s restaurant. The Little River waterfront is not even a stretch away, featuring the only Casino Cruises in the Carolina’s. This area is such a beautiful place with something for everyone. Sleeping Arrangements: - Bedroom 1: King Bed. - Bedroom 2: Bunk Bed (Full/Double Bed on bottom, Twins on top). - Bedroom 3: Bunk Bed (Full/Double Bed on bottom, Twins on top). - Living Room: Two Full/Double Sleeper Sofas. ________________________ Please note the following prior to making your reservation: - Linens are not initially provided. We do have packages available for purchase, or you can bring your own. Linen Package includes two towels and washcloths per bed occupancy, sheets, and a dish towel per package. The package prices are $50 for a King/Queen/Double, and $25 for a twin. - Pets are welcome, however we do charge a $75 non-refundable fee plus 12% tax per pet*. Please see pet policies below. -Upon booking, a signed rental agreement including a government issued photo identification and credit card are required to be electronically submitted to the property management company prior to receiving an electronic access code to the property. This electronic code will be sent via email once all required information is received. - Toiletries are not included. - The listing rental rate includes parking for three (3) vehicles. ________________________ Rental Age Policy: - Primary renters, or groups primarily with guests under the age of 25 (including student groups and events) are required to alternate fees of $50 per person for cleaning and linens*. This will override the posted cleaning fee on the listing. Groups consisting of primary renters or for guests under the age of 21, will be required to submit parent/guardian signatures and government issued photo identification. A refundable security deposit may be required. ________________________ Pet Policies: - Pets are welcome, however we do charge a non-refundable $75 fee plus 12% tax per pet*. - Please contact us prior to booking if you intend to bring more than two (2) pets. - Pets must be crated, or otherwise secured, when left unattended at the property. - Pets must be cleaned up after, and the renter assumes all responsibility for any damages caused by pets. ________________________ Vacation Insurance: - The Optional Vacation/Travel Insurance is Strongly Encouraged. - Coverage is available to all guests once rental deposit is paid. - Coverage is only in effect once premium has been paid. - If purchased the same day as reserved, guests can cancel at anytime and may be eligible for a full refund. ________________________ *Due to online booking policies, some payments may need to be submitted after the booking is reserved and confirmed. It looked nothing like it showed. There was roaches,dryer didn't work, plumbing was messed up, microwave didnt work.I told manager that we wanted the money back she definitely wouldn't budge. It was so bad that we had to sleep in cars some of us did,couple others bought a air mattress and a tent slept outside. The only thing good is the location. Please stay away and don't loose your money...😕😕

the place was definitely not like the pictures. It was very dirty, ceiling falling in in bathroom, holes in walls, cockroaches. The maintenance man came in and stole from us while we were gone one day. Police had to be called and he was arrested. It was not a place we recommend for anyone. Owners need to step up and check their properties.

Dead cockroach in the laundry room. Lint covering the entire laundry room. Mattress protectors were filthy. Provided pillows were yellow. Dryer was broken and management did not attempt to fix it. I’m not sure how they wash and dry the provided comforters without a functioning dryer. Pull out couch beds are collapsed and not usable. Crumbs in the pull out couch. Dead flies and dirt on the window sills. Tile is broken in the main bathroom and could cut your foot. Plugs don’t have electrical covers in the bedroom and outside outlets. Dishwasher smells like a fish market. Stains and food splatter on walls, cabinets, and doors. Dish drying rack has dirt on it. Silver wear drawer is filthy with dead bugs and there were only 3 or 4 forks. There was only one soap dispenser for the whole house. Garbage found behind the couch and all over the yard. Toilet is lifting off of the floor in the master bathroom. The toilet paper holder in the shared bathroom is broken. There is no fire extinguisher. Smoke detector was missing a battery. Couches had rips in them. There was an opened condom wrapper in the master bathroom cabinet. There are holes in the doors and walls. It was embarrassing bringing my family here. The bathroom at the local gas station was cleaner than this place.

The place was disgustingly dirty, the sheets were black, holes in the walls, broken/loose tiles and the washer leaked and dryer didn’t work. The lock wouldn’t work, it needed new batteries. The people I messaged with, were NO help. NEVER AGAIN. We deep cleaned the house and washed the linens.

I was highly unsatisfied with this beach house, the photos are completely different than what the house looks like…. We were expecting nice bedding and furniture, the bunk beds were old metal bunks, not the nice sturdy Wooden bunks, the furniture was falling apart, the mattress in the main room you could see the liner was ripped and hanging. The non smoking house smelled absolutely atrocious, it had been smoked in numerous times. We asked for early check in which we were told that we could check in once the property had been clean, we received the notice that the property was ready an hour early which was great, but when we walked in we were hit with a pungent Smell of cigarettes, the floors were still very Sandy, the window seals were full of accumulated dirt and dust, the beds had SAND in them!!!! While we were looking for pots and pans, we opened the cabinet under the sink to see a layer of filth which added to our disgust of this rental. The person which I was emailing about our property said the only thing she could do is to have some one come bring an air freshener- now mind you this property had just been “clean” one hour prior to this email sent. My 3 year old decided durning our unpacking to run around the house, after all unpack we sat down to relax when we saw her feet (which had been cleaned, only sat in a car, and had shoes on) which were solid BLACK, we were mortified and completely in shock that ANYONE could say that this house had just been CLEANED!

Came from Illinois to NMB for Mustang Week. Definitely a great experience. The day of check-in, I tried reaching out to management and the office, no contact was made. Nor was any of my questions answered. Issues with plumbing during our stay, especially in the master.

Terrible house and overall company
This company is completely disgusting. I had booked a vacation for a big family trip for my children and friends.Due to a family loss of my father in law 2 days before the day of checking in I had to cancel the trip immediately after finding out he wasn’t in good condition. I had emailed the company asking for a cancellation and a full refund I also asked for a half refund of the money that I put towards this trip. I had booked one for a weekend in the future however after fining out that my financial status after all the cost of the funeral services I had request another cancellation of the trip all within the same day in which I should get my whole refund back.I had emailed them once again and all I got in response was “I’m sorry”. Even with constant emails after this event I had continued to find contact with them but no response. Truly disappointing to them for having no respect to understand what my family is going through and we wouldn’t just cancel these vacations for the hell of it.this is completely disappointing of the company to have no understanding or sorrow for my family this company needs to be pointed out for how they are not working with my family well being this is completely disgusting.DONT BOOK HERE!!

I requested a call back many times and the manager chose to wait until the vaca was ending.
I have photos as proof, and also screenshots of the conversation. Please look this company up on BBB and I promise you, you will want to find a new place.

I can't say enough about all that was wrong. And clearly this company or vrbo values another person's time.

Currently working for a refund because we actually couldn't stay there because the filth. Ended up booking another condo and spent the rest of the week fighting the property managers about the situation.

We has problem with the washer and dryer when we 1st arrived. The washer was leaking water and the dryer was not drying the clothes. We reported the problem and they replaced both appliances the next day. We also noticed some roaches in the kitchen on the counter and under the basin cabinet.

The locatithe bloody stand up king size mattress in the master bedroom was unsanitary and very nasty
The location of the property was great most of the setup of the house was great , but there was a nasty bloody stained up king size mattress on the king bed in the master bed room and one of the couches the lighter color couch in the living room was stained up as well we never even sat on that couch so I don't know if the owners are aware that the property is not properly being maintained or what's going on but they really need to look into those two situations

The first day was great. Then we started getting locked out of the house in the pouring down rain. The key pads wasn’t working and we couldn’t get in. When I tried to get ahold of the owner she only answered my messages once and just left us sit outside the other times until we had to find other ways to get in the house. There were cockroaches in the house. She wanted us to clean the house up before we left but the only thing to clean up with was a broom, no dust pan or anything. Over all I would not recommend this to anyone. The house was decadent, a lot smaller than imagined though

Looking for a property for a Friday to Sunday stay. The location suited our needs perfectly! Accomadated all guests for the weekend. Was nice to have quick response to all my questions by the staff and managment! The property was as advertised. Pictures and details all current. Parking was never an issue, with 4 cars there is plenty!! Will definately use this management team again!
