We had a great week in Lerici. This is not a usual appartment, it is a wonderful villa close to the beach. We loved listening to the sound of the waves of the sea that you can hear from the living room and the bedrooms. The house is beautifully equipped, the view from the living room so nice. The terrace downstairs is beautiful and offers a lot of space. We liked to walk to the beach nearby that you can reach in a few minutes. We tried not to use our car during the hole week and were successfull. There are so many nice places than can be reached without car: Montemarcello and Tellaro by bus or by walking / hiking La Spezia by bus Cinque Terre by boat Portovenere by boat Lerici harbour and San Terenzo by foot. Recommendation: By bus to Montemarcello and hike back. We highly recommend both a vacation in this house and in Lerici.

Lerici and the apartment are beautiful, we have enjoyed the stay very much and share the positive comments of previous guests. We will be back!

Zeer stijlvol en klassiek huis met alle comfort. Bijzonder goed gelegen op 5 min. van het strand. Zeer vriendelijke en attente eigenaars. Lerici is een prachtige middellandse zee-locatie met een uitzonderlijk goede keuken.

De locatie is uitstekend gelegen, dichtbij strand (veelal betaald - bedjes via eigenaars te regelen) en haven (met oa restaurants etc). De woning zelf is gelegen op de eerste verdieping, voorzien van alle nodige faciliteiten. Parkeren geregeld via eigenaars. Aanrader!

Wenn man sich auf etwas freut und dementsprechend hohe Erwartungen hat, kommt es öfter vor, dass diese hohen Erwartungen von Realität nicht gehalten werden können. Aber in diesem Fall wurden sie noch einmal getoppt! Ich glaube, mehr muss man nicht sagen.

Wir sind mit zwei Pärchen hingefahren und haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung bietet viel Equipment, um sich Abends etwas zu kochen. Handtücher waren auch genügend vorhanden. Unten im Garten befindet sich eine große Terasse, auf der man sich abends gemütlich hinsetzen kann. Von oben hat man Blick aufs Meer - zu diesem geht man keine 5 Minuten.

Fantastic view from each window! Very large appartment in this beautifull classic Italian House. We enjoyed also the large terrace infront of the house. It is indeed close to the beach and Lerici and San Terenzo are a nice walk or you can borrow 2 bikes, what is very easy. A big thank you to the family who gave us a warm welcome and helped us with the luggage when we arrived.

Half-way La Spezia and Marina di Carrara lay the golden beaches of Lerici and San Terenzo. The private terrace of Blu Lady House offers a spectacular view on the Bay of Poets, and make you aware of the privileged location of the house. Through the front door, the staircase will access the entire first floor with two spacious bedrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, bathroom and the living room with the view you've been craving for. The owners are accommodating and discrete, making your stay 'heavenly'. And, yes, the stairway-climb to reach the house make it all worth while. Thank you, Angela!

Stilvoller kann man unmittelbar in Strandnähe kaum wohnen! Dieses außergewöhnliche, liebevoll gestaltete Haus hat uns bestens gefallen. Die Gastgeber haben uns hervorragend und unkompliziert betreut. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in Angelas Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und die Atmosphäre sehr stimmungsvoll, wie in einer alten italienischen Villa. Auch der Garten und der Ausblick sind traumhaft. In wenigen Minuten erreicht man den Badestrand, wo man sehr gut schwimmen kann. An der Strandpromenade ist ein Fußweg, bei dem man die schöne Aussicht auf den Golfo dei poeti genießen kann. Angela war sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit für uns erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We had an amazing time in Lerici. The house was fantastic with a patio and a view that was outstanding. Angela and Francesco was so welcoming to us all. They had arranged for our carpark and made us a so good homemade cake that tasted fantastic. We felt very cared and they helped us with everything we asked about. Die Wohnung ist relativ neu renoviert und versprüht den Charme längst vergangener Zeiten. Unser 14jähriger Sohn bezeichnete die Wohnung als altmodisch, wir fanden sie einfach nur schön. Die Terrasse garantiert entspannte Stunden. Mit Ausnahme einer Spülmaschine ist in der Wohnung alles vorhanden. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sogar ein Korkenzieher war da. Das WLAN war zwar mehr schlecht als recht und der Empfang am Fernseher, der eh nur italienische Programme übertrug, ließ ebenfalls zu Wünschen übrig, aber auf beides können wir im Urlaub sowieso gut und gerne verzichten, daher hab ich dafür auch keinen Punkt abgezogen. Die Wohnungseigentümer müssen durch die gleiche Eingangstüre und über die Terrasse zu ihrem separaten Hauseingang. Merkt man aber kaum. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir von den Eigentürmern am Parkplatz empfangen und konnten das Gepäck in ihr Fahrzeug umladen. Erspart blieb uns dann aber nicht der recht steile Weg hinauf zum Haus, den man eben nur zu Fuß überwinden kann. Aber auch das weiß man, wenn man dieses Haus bucht und so nimmt man im Urlaub wenigstens nicht zu. Unsere Badeutensilien wie Sonnenschirme, Schwimmbretter usw. durften wir unten in der Garage unterbringen, dann blieb einem wenigstens die tägliche Schlepperei zum und vom Strand erspart. Uns hätte sogar ein Sonnenschirm zur Verfügung gestanden, wenn wir das vorher gewusst hätten, hätten wir unsere zu Hause lassen können. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants gibt es in der relativ nahegelegenen Ortsmitte. Relativ daher, weil der Weg dahin für einen gemütlichen Spaziergang völlig in Ordnung ist, bepackt mit Lebensmitteln für die nächsten beiden Tage eines 4Personen-Haushalts auch mal lang und mühselig werden kann. Wir haben mehrere Restaurants ausprobiert, wir fanden, dass die Osteria das beste Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hatte. Einen kleinen Supermarkt gibt es auch und jede Menge Obst- und Gemüseläden. Noch ein Wort zum Strand: so leer, wie er auf den Bildern ist, war er bei uns leider nie. Im Gegenteil, hier liegt man, zumindest in der Ferienzeit, Handtuch an Handtuch, auch das ist nicht jedermanns Sache. Nicht ganz verstanden haben wir das Müllsystem. Man soll wie bei uns Biomüll, Papier und Kartonagen, Glas, Verpackungsmaterial und Restmüll trennen. Wir hatten aber nur 2 Müllgefäße, eins für Biomüll und eins für Restmüll. Das könnte vielleicht noch etwa besser organisiert werden. Das Haus ist für Personen, die gut zu Fuß sind, absolut empfehlenswert.

Schöne Wohnung in direkter Strandnähe mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht inklusive einer großen Menge an nach Lavendel duftenden Handtüchern in allen nur denkbaren Größen. Kaffee am Morgen auf dem Balkon mit Blick auf Meer, Boote und Küsten ist phantastisch. Vielen Dank Angela und Francesco wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Die Villa in Lerici ist wundervoll. Die im Haus lebenden Besitzer sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und einfühlsam. Das einzige Problem, das wir hatten: Fast jeden Abend gibt es eine Veranstaltung, so dass es erst ab ca. 1Uhr ruhig wird. Aber das ist ja Geschmackssache und im August wohl nicht unüblich in Italien :-)

Das Haus und die Lage sind traumhaft. Man hat von der stilvoll eingerichteten und bestens ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung im ersten Stock der Villa einen sehr schönen Blick auf den Golf der Poeten. Die Gäste haben auch den romantischen Garten für sich zur Verfügung, wo man herrlich relaxen kann. Angela und ihre Familie sind sehr herzlich und absolut hilfsbereit. Jeder Wunsch wird sofort umgesetzt. Da wir mit dem Auto angereist sind, wurden wir am Parkplatz in Valatta (5 min Fußweg zur Villa) empfangen. Die Familie hatte uns einen Parkplatz reserviert und bereits das Parkticket besorgt. Danke Angela für den selbstgebacken Kuchen und den gekühlten Prosecco, der bei unserer Ankunft in der Küche bereitstand! Die Lage ist optimal für Unternehmungen in der Umgebung, ruhig, am Rande von Lerici in Richtung dem malerischen San Terenzo. Sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar sind die nahe gelegenen Badestrände, das Zentrum von Lerici und San Terenzo, wo man auch alles zum Einkaufen findet: Supermarkt, Shops und Restaurants. Gleich unterhalb der Villa ist eine Frühstücksbar, ideal für diejenigen, die italienisch frühstücken wollen. Auch eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich dort. Tellaro, Ameglia und Montemarcello können gut zu Fuß erreicht werden und wem der Rückweg zu lange wird, der kann mit dem Bus zurückfahren. In ca. 20 Minuten ist man mit dem Bus in La Spezia, das ebenfalls einen Ausflug wert ist. Wir kommen wieder und können diesen Ort, die Unterkunft und die Familie absolut empfehlen.

Tolle alte Villa, geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ruhig, Meerblick, sauber. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Große Zimmer. Absolut nette und immer ansprechbare Vermieter die In der Paterre der Villa wohnen. Kleiner Nachteil man erreicht das Haus/Wohnumg nur über eine ansteigende Treppe. Somit für Personen mit Gehbehinderung eher ungeeignet.

Wenn man dann mit Hilfe der sehr sympathischen Vermietern Angela & Francesco in der wunderschönen Villa mit Meeresblick angekommen ist, fühlt man sich versetzt in ein anderes Zeitalter!

Wir, Familie mit zwei größeren Kindern, haben Anfang September eine sehr entspannte Urlaubswoche in "Blue Lady House" (typische ligurische Villa aus der Jahrhundertwende) verbracht und uns gleich sehr wohl gefühlt. Aus der schönen Wohnung hat man einen herrlichen Meerblick auf den Golfo di Poeti. Sie liegt ideal zwischen zwei netten kleinen Städtchen (San Terenzo und Lerici), die mit einer sehr schönen Promenade, die am Meer entlang führt, verbunden sind. Direkt vor der Wohnung führt ein kleiner Treppenweg runter zum nahe gelegenen Meer und Strand mit Bar (ca. 100m!). Nachts hört man sogar das Meer rauschen!! Uns persönlich hat der Lido in San Terenzo sehr gut gefallen, zu Fuß ca. 10 Minuten. Unser Auto haben wir eine Woche lang nicht benutzt. Ausflüge haben wir mit dem Schiff in die Cingue Terre und in das schöne Portovenere unternommen. Auch mit dem öffentlichen Bus besteht eine sehr gute Verbindung nach La Spezial und andere Orte. In Lerici und San Terenzo gibt es viele nette Restaurants, die ebenfalls fußläufig zu erreichen sind. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, hilfsbereit und geben viele Tips bezüglich Restaurants, etc. Gerne kommen wir wieder in diese charmante Unterkunft! Angela and Francesco are wonderful kind people, they offer their help whenever needed, but they also make sure you have your privacy. We loved having breakfast and dinner at the dining table with an amazing sea view. To house is very cool in the middle of the summer, so we slept like babies. After a day at the beach we shared a drink on the terrace (which is yours during your stay, the owners use the garden at the back of the house). After the kids went to bed, we enjoyed drinking wine on the balcony in the summer breeze watching the sun go down in the sea. Just downstairs there is a nice beach with a free area and a paid area with sun beds. But our favorite beach was definitely The Lido de Lerici beach just around the corner. With clear shallow water and a small glide for our youngest (4 years old). But also perfect for our son (8 years old). He loved to play with the ball or to take a swim to the diving platform. It is a paid beach, but a very nice one. Not to crowded, no salesman that bother you (yeah!) they are not allowed , crystal clear water, fine sand, a wonderful view and a cafe with good food. We had lunch every day at the beach. We choose something else from the menu everyday, it delicious every time. We made a day trip to Cinque Terre (very crowded) with the boat form Lerici harbour. Very convenient, just a 10-15 minute walk from the villa. We love to discover new places, but this place is on top of our list of places we want to come back to.

Upon our arrival we were met on parking lot (which is conveniently close and has been prepaid by our hosts) and helped with our luggage and accommodation. The house is amazing - last century noble mansion with nice sea and Portovenere views and large patio to take private sunbaths and to sip wine in the afternoons. The house is on the hill on the 2nd line from the beach that makes it quite protected from street sounds but it is still very close to the beach and Lerici beach promenade walk. The walkway to the house with the flat wide stairs makes it nice light exercise after laying all morning on the beach. Exceptionally nice place to spend a few days or even a few weeks! We will definitely select this place for our next vacation in Lerici and highly recommend it.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Lerici. Die Wohnung ist traumhaft schön und stilvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Der Ausblick vom Balkon auf den Golf der Poeten, jeden Tag ein Genuss, ganz zu schweigen vom frühstücken auf der eigenen Terrasse. Die beiden Vermieter sind äußerst nett und hilfsbereit. Wir können diesen Ort und diese Wohnung einfach nur empfehlen.

This apartment is part of a grand old villa with high ceilings and a fabulous view over the sea. It catches all the sea breezes and stays cool in the hottest of days. It is ideally placed between Lerici and San Terenzo and the owners are very kind but not intrusive. It is well equipped and spotlessly clean. I would recommend it to anybody. The memory of the views from the balcony will nourish my soul during the long dark Scottish winter. A really good apartment, we intend to return.
