2206 Avenue B - Anna Maria Island - 2 Bedroom / 1 Bath, maximum occupancy of 6 people and one small dog. (1 Queen, 2 Full beds)No Pool - Distance to the Beach: 2 blocks. Saturday to Saturday bookings during the months of January through March (high season), or monthly. Pet friendly. Please ask about the required/non-refundable pet fee. Small/medium-sized dogs welcome. It is a violation of our rental agreement if you bring an unauthorized pet. Quaint island bungalow, with an enclosed garage, in a friendly Bradenton Beach neighborhood. Convenient to restaurants, and local shops. Along with bicycles, and some beach supplies, there are 2 kayaks in the garage for guest use, including 2 paddles and life jackets. One queen, two full sized beds. Tub/shower combo in bathroom. Enjoy many activities on your visit: swimming, snorkeling, beautiful sunsets, fishing, boating, shopping, watching wildlife, golfing, bicycling, tennis, kayaking, or more. Easily explore, taking advantage of the free trolley, with convenient stops the length of the island. You are vacationing in a residential area where homes are in close proximity to each other. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. A violation of the city's noise control ordinance shall subject the violator to the issuance of a notice of violation or citation. Noise is measured at the property line of the property generating the noise. Neat house with an older Florida-style character. A large amount of interior space. Good amenities.
Easy and short walking access to the beach. Lots of beach toys and kayaks for the intercoastal. I would rent it again for our next island vacation.

We were all disappointed in several aspects of our stay. We walked into the home it was 90 degrees or so as nobody bothered to turn the AC on prior to our arrival. When we called about it the lady on the phone laughed about it.
The following morning we were startled and woken up at 7:55AM by their personal lawn service they scheduled DURING our stay. Everyone woke up angry and scared. The main bedroom had a lamp that would not work and wasn't plugged in, and the plug was broken. For the price we were let down, the only good thing was the location.

Bem localizado e prático. Antigo mas funcinal.
Encontrei tudo limpo, camas arrumadas, todos os utensilios de cozinha, cama e mesa que precisei. O ar condicionado funcionou bem, além do central tem individuais em cada quarto. Agua quente em todas as torneiras, e também no chuveiro externo.Também encontrei objetos para a praia que foram muito úteis, como carrinho, esteira, balde, pá e alguns brinquedos para minha filha brincar na areia. As sombrinhas e cadeiras de praia são velhas, mas utilizáveis. Em resumo foi tudo ótimo. Se a casa dispusesse de mais um banheiro daria ainda mais conforto, mas para quatro pessoas é suficiente.

Excelente location
We really enjoyed staying at this cute house.
It could be a little updated with some things
My only complaint is that we had to clean the kitchen cabinets before putting our groceries in because they were dirty and also some of the kitchen utensils were dirty.
Also there’s a lot of rusted and damaged items in the garage that should be trashed.
The house is old but well kept. I loved the vintage retro vibe. We will definitely stay here again!

Over all we loved the property. They promptly fixed any issue. We did however spend the whole week wondering what the smell in the queen bedroom room was under the day we left and turns out it was a chair in there. I’m not sure what was one the fabric but it did not smell good at all and I left a note for the cleaner. We loved the vintage decor and built ins. The large living room and tv room and a short walk to the beach with shower outside when you get back with hot water. It was a nice property but the neighbors in every surrounding property that had a pool from sun up to late at night were so loud. It wasn’t too terrible though. Across the street is a animal sanctuary and my kids loved that. The yard is filled with beautiful trees. We will definitely be back. We had a wonderful time. It fit my husband me a 15, 11 & 6 yr old with room. We had a great time. Thanks!

The property was clean and cutely decorated to make guests feel comfy. I was pleasantly surprised by the full bookcase & the number of seating options. Parking was complicated at first, as the only parking spot is access through a very narrow alley & the key provided only opened the door on the front side of the house. After the initial confusion and trekking around the house to bring our belongings inside, we settled in pretty quickly. The residence was in a great location with easy access to many attractions on the island. It was a very nice stay.

Parking was complicated at first, as the only parking spot is access through a very narrow alley & the key provided only opened the door on the front side of the house. After the initial confusion and trekking around the house to bring our belongings inside, we settled in pretty quickly. The residence was in a great location with easy access to many attractions on the island. It was a very nice stay.

It was an easy process to rent this place. The agency was great with communication and the staff was always helpful. The property is outdated but everything is functional. I would recommend to updated it a little bit, specially the bedding and the sheets. Thanks for a great stay.

We came to Florida to hand out on the beach. But there's this "red tide" problem right now and the beach's are dirty with dead fish all over the beaches. The air smells like dead fish. We wish we would have been informed of this problem before we made the trip and could have had some options for going to a different beach.

Great place 2 blocks from the beach
It was an easy process to rent this place. The agency was great with communication and the staff was always helpful. The property is outdated but everything is functional. I would recommend to updated it a little bit, specially the bedding and the sheets. Thanks for a great stay.

Red Tide
We came to Florida to hand out on the beach. But there's this "red tide" problem right now and the beach's are dirty with dead fish all over the beaches. The air smells like dead fish. We wish we would have been informed of this problem before we made the trip and could have had some options for going to a different beach.

Very cute! 1960s style bungalow. Decorated to fit the era. Close to beach access. Lots of beach equipment and a wagon. The home did smell as if a smoker had stayed previously.

This stay at this property was just as great as in July. Everything you could want is provided with just a short stroll to the beach. Would recommend this property without any hesitation!

The property is old and, yes the kitchen is outdated, but is functional. The property is much more overgrown than in the photo, but that was fine because it gave more privacy. The ad said there was a gas grill. There was not. The check in documents that were provided with the keys had the wrong wifi network listed and the wrong password. I contacted the property manager by email on Saturday right after we moved in and she never replied. I eventually figured out the wifi situation, but there definitely was no gas grill. The property should be as advertised and when the tenant emails the property manager they should reply. So, the property itself was okay, the performance of the property manager was not. Additionally, during the rental process I emailed the property manager with some questions. She did not reply to that inquiry either. Not impressed at all with the customer service.

Covid Vacation
The home is VERY clean and conveniently located. Parking is confusing upon arrival (must park down a small alleyway) but we figured it out quickly. There are some larger homes behind this one that have pools, resulting in some noise from the neighbors.

Cozy old Florida home
The retro decor and old Florida construction makes for a very charming stay. While on a crowded street the plants all over the property give a great feeling of privacy. Only downside was the outdated facilities, but everything worked just fine. Great location, a short walk to the beach and a short drive/trolley ride to the rest of the island.

The house was definitely not disinfected to be safe for Covid19, luckily we brought plenty Lysol and alcohol with us.. The first night I realized that sheets were not washed, next day I had to wash all the sheets. Also, the dishes were dirty, all utensils have a grease film like it hasn't been washed for ages and few plates got stuck together with mustard on it. The floors have not been swiped either, so my first day on vacation i had to literally clean the house to make it safe for my family!Another thing I want to point at is that outside plants have overgrown it makes it hard to walk around. The house is super cute with beautiful location its just so unfortunate that house is not taken care of!

Short time in paradise
I would like to start with thank you. Our stay was pleasant and we were very pleased with the house. It was clean and comfortable and fit our family well. We appreciated being close to the beach and having access to the washer and dryer. All the beds were comfy and the linens were clean. The house had a cute retro feel to it. I have no complaints other than I wish my family and I had more time to spend there. Thank you for sharing your home. We hope to be back soon.

Slice of HEAVEN!
I was going to take a cheap motel in Bradenton FL where the buddy I was visiting lives. He thought otherwise, and showed me the Vacation Rentals website, most specifically 2206 Ave. B. At $100/nt, was I REALLY going to stay at a Days Inn for, maybe, $15 less?? NUH-UH! This house is roomy, sunny-bright, and CHEERFUL, and turned this little vacay into something SPECTACULAR! THANK YOU KARL for twisting my arm!!

Very outdated.
The house was nice but very outdated. Airconditioner not enough to cover the whole house. Tv are so old!!!
On one of the tv there was a sign tv makes loud noise it will eventually go away if the noise bothers you don't use it.
