We had a great time with friends at this home. It was cozy and centrally located. I accidentally left some items and the managers sent it back quickly for us. They were very communicative and easy to work with. We would stay here again!

With the exception of a little Nuthatch who found his way into the house thru the chimney. We were able to capture him with a little net and put him outside. However, my granddaughter found four dead birds in the fireplace. She was traumitized!

We chose the home based on location, bedrooms and bathrooms for 6 adults and 4 kids (2- 2 year olds). The pros: A/C, usable bikes, easy walk or bike to village for all, large dining and lots of seating in living room, very large hot tub, lots of towels, SHARC access, able to park 3 cars easily with one in garage, lots of kitchen counter space, home clean upon arrival, deck just feet away from the 13th hole on golf course, large deck table for group meals. Cons: garbage cans small and exterior “shed” did not fit all bins, concerned about wildlife getting into waste. We did not have the ability to lock the garage doors- no key for exterior only entry doors. Back gate to hot tub and back door off top hinge and difficult to close. Shower/tub faucets a bit tricky to adjust temp, hot water heater set high for safety. I would consider this home again if we’re able to come back while grandkids are still young.

This house is great in the winter. It stayed warm even though at one point the outside temperature was 2 degrees F. It is roomy. The furniture was nice and comfortable. The pellet stove worked very well. The kitchen was well stocked. The hot tub worked great. It is a short walk to the Village. The property management company responded quickly to a request that we made. As a vacation rental it shows some signs of wear and dated plumbing fixtures. But everything worked and it is comfortable.

We have stayed in this home before. It’s in a great location- just a few minutes from the village, SHARC and right on the golf course. We did have a problem with carpenter ants this stay. Other than that, the home was great.

Good value for the time and house. Overall worked well for our trip. Master bath fan incredibly noisy. Kitchen was adequate, but certainly not as well stocked as others we have used. Other limited pro's and con's but overall favorable. Location was fantastic. Have always rented to the north and closer to amenities was great.

There are many ways in which the house is tired and worn. The beds are very giggly and uncomfortable throughout and couches are big sinks. They are not "designer" in any way as stated on the description. Quite a few things were missing or worn out or broken in the kitchen. Management company very responsive to things over which they have some control but a deeper dive refresh and update by the owner is desperately needed.

Lovely home!
Great home and location! Our family really enjoyed sharing space here. Loved the openness of the family room to the kitchen. Large windows for all that natural sunlight. Perfect location for a stroll to the village and golf course right behind you.

Great location..... beautiful setting
Appliances and fixtures are a little dated and could use an upgrade BUT its a great location and a beautiful neighborhood. We enjoyed being on the golf course and the hot tub immensely.

We always enjoy the Sunriver location. This home in particular was great for location. However the home is dated. Either you were cold or hot. The bedrooms were too warm and the living room was drafty. The upstairs bathroom water was finicky, either it was too cold or too hot for the shower. The beds were lumpy or too hard. If you are looking for home for location, this house can’t be beat. Only 10 minute leisurely walk to the village and 15 minute to SHARC. The property management was great to fix things though.

Our extended family of 9 really enjoyed Olympic 5! The location on the golf course was lovely and the house is perfect walking distance to the Village and Sharc. The house was well-equipped with nice bikes and good kitchen supplies. Only area of improvement is that some of the furniture (dressers) could use replacing. We would definitely come back!
