Located in the residential area of 'Porto Salvo', in Marina Di Modica, near Sampieri on the south coast of Sicily, prov. Ragusa and has a very beautiful, peaceful and romantic setting by the sea. A cottage in the same you relax and feel comfortable. You can bathe in front of the house, or walking to the sandy beach in about 250 m on the beach promenade, pedestrian zone. Large living/dining room with sea view and a large covered veranda for dining, relaxing overlooking the sea. Kitchen/dining room with a dishwasher and a large balcony. Garden to the sea and around the house. 1 double bedroom with sea view, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 double bedroom to the north side. All rooms have air conditioning (cold/warm). Internet Wifi free. 1 bathroom with bathtub, shower, toilet, bidet, 1 bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. 1 outdoor shower. Marina Di Modica is located on the seafront, on the south coast of Sicily. With a beautiful bay with sandy beach and dunes, on the bay ends flat rocky coastline with sandy entrances. The whole year are open: Grocery stores, bakeries, butchers, fruit / vegetables, newspapers, cigarettes, pharmacy, Weekly market, cafes, ice-cream parlors, restaurants, pizzerias, trattoria, specialty - fresh fish. You can go on foot to the sandy beach and shopping, dining in about 250 - 300 m. Tennis, surfing, sailing, pedal boats (in the summer surf / sailing school). To the endless sandy beach with dunes of Sampieri about 800 m. Very beautiful coastline for swimming, surfing, sailing, fishing, walking etc. We rent more Villas on the seafront !

Great location. Superb ice creams just around the corner, good restaurants and fabulous beach just a few minutes' walk away. House immaculate on arrival, with coffee and Prosecco waiting. The view out over sea is fantastic and the area is quiet. Lots of amazing historic towns within an easy drive.

Una villa davvero sul mare

Questa villa è un incanto. Si affaccia direttamente sul mare, è arredata con gusto, è fornita di tutti i comfort. Le proprietarie ci hanno fatto trovare in casa tutto: dalle lenzuola alle asciugamani, dagli stampoo e bagno schiuma di buona qualità, fino ad un aperitivo di benvenuto. La casa era davvero pulitissima, molto ordinata ed in una posizione perfetta per godersi il relax e per raggiungere il centro in dieci minuti di passeggiata. Più che una semplice casa in affitto, molto di più. Luogo dove rilassarsi e farsi cullare, tra l'amaca del terrazzo e le onde del mare. Torneremo senz'altro presto. Great stay!

Great stay!

We had a wonderful time. The description is correct. The apartment is very comfortable and clean. The sea views from the large terrace are just stunning. We also liked the nice furniture and the art on the walls. The hosts really made an effort to make us feel at home. When we arrived there was nibbles and sweets, a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge and some food stock so we didn't have to do any shopping for a while. We could help ourselves on the fresh herbs in the garden use the bicycles and lots more. We could reach out to the hosts whenever and would get all the info we needed including very good recommendations for restaurants. We liked the quiet relaxing charme of Marina di Modica but equally went to nearby stunning cities like Scicli, Modica or Ragusa for the evening. We highly recommend this place and hope to come back some point soon.

Wir durften diese Wohnung im Erstbezug mieten. Alles war perfekt, der Ausblick fantastisch. Im Kühlschrank fanden wir eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit der Vermieterin. Die Wohnung verfügt nur über ein vollwertiges Badezimmer. Es gibt allerdings ein zweites WC mit Waschgelegenheit und Waschmaschine. Zum Sandstrand sind es nur wenige 100m. Wir kommen gern noch einmal zurück. Thomas
