Welcome to Lemon Cottage located just 2 blocks from the Gulf beaches of Anna Maria Island. Lemon Cottage is a ground level half duplex with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and its own private patio surrounded by tropical landscaping where you can enjoy the heated pool and outdoor shower. Inside you will find a generous amount of space with the living area and kitchen open for easy entertaining. The retro style kitchen has bar seating for 4. You can enjoy a day at the beach with the provided beach wagon, chairs and umbrella. In the evening you can retreat to the master suite where you will enjoy the comfortable bed complete with 600 thread count prima cotton wrinkle free sheets. This home includes a fully stocked kitchen, linens, towels, beach towels, and a Weber grill. Lizzie Lu's Island Retreat is a full service property manager on Anna Maria Island to ensure our guests enjoy some of the nicest, well stocked homes on the island. For an additional charge, we offer bikes and GEM cars among other services. Rest assured we are here to assist as needed in the most efficient manner possible. While vacationing on Anna Maria Island, please adhere to our local rules and regulations for our residential community which are included in our homes as well as our arrival information. City ordinance requires us to inform you that you are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. I don’t remember this in the description, but there is a little park directly across the street from the Lemon Cottage that borders a small lagoon. At night it was nice to go to it and star gaze and a great place to take our dog, who was with us. The cottage is only a couple of blocks to the ocean, so it was no problem to walk the short distance. If there were more than a five-star rating, I would have given it. The cottage, the pool, the patio and outdoor furniture are immaculate and the attention to detail goes right down to the kitchen utensil drawer being organized in a display fashion. Everything that you use in the kitchen looks new—it’s great! Beds are comfortable and the two bedrooms have their own private bathroom, which is a plus compared to shared bathrooms. Last but not least, it is on a quiet street. Sweet place to spend your vacation!

Seahorse was absolutely beautiful
The house had everything you need for a stay, we stayed a week and loved every minute. Clean and very well stocked with everything, very friendly staff and was there in a second if you needed them.

A great little 2 bedroom duplex! Upon arrival the place was so clean! We ate most of our meals out by the pool! Short little walk to the beach. Was nice having chairs, umbrella, beach towels and cart! We rented the gem car which was great to travel around in also! Loved coming back to the pool after time at the beach! Would definitely stay again!

Lemon cottage was even better than advertised
Very nice and clean property. Very well kept and cleaned. Management company was very accommodating. Quiet neighborhood and nice pool and patio area. Would definitely rent this place again.

I don’t know where to begin. Literally, in all my years of renting vacation homes I’ve NEVER been in one as immaculately clean as The Lemon Cottage. I am very OCD about things being clean. I didn’t even need to go through and sanitize anything! It was the perfect home, with everything you could possibly want or need. Everything was high end from the appliances to the doors and fixtures. We really didn’t want to leave. We will be back and when we come back The Lemon Cottage will be where we stay! 😁❤️

I don’t know where to begin. Literally, in all my years of renting vacation homes I’ve NEVER been in one as immaculately clean as The Lemon Cottage. I am very OCD about things being clean. I didn’t even need to go through and sanitize anything! It was the perfect home, with everything you could possibly want or need. Everything was high end from the appliances to the doors and fixtures. We really didn’t want to leave. We will be back and when we come back The Lemon Cottage will be where we stay! 😁❤️

The beds (both king) were very comfortable and both bathrooms had tiled showers. The furniture was very comfortable and the cute retro kitchen was amazingly well stocked - right down to the chip clips! The washer and dryer were much appreciated and the beach cart came in handy for the short walk to the beach. The pool is small but refreshing and the area around the pool is nicely landscaped with nice furniture. What impressed us the most was how new everything was - the furniture, appliances, dishes, beach chairs and umbrellas - everything! The attention to detail was very thorough and the starter kit was much appreciated.Even though it is called a cottage, there was plenty of room. The first week it was just my husband and me but we had family from Tampa stay with us over the weekend and friends from Michigan stayed the second week. We have already decided that if we come back to AMI next year, we hope to stay at Lemon Cottage. Thank you for a fun two weeks that went by too quickly!

A fantastic week at Lemon Cottage
Everything was perfect about our week on Anna Maria Island. We arrived after a long journey at Lemon Cottage and were delighted as it was everything we expected and more. Spotlessly clean, cool and inviting and very tastefully designed and equipped.
The lounge was a comfortable space to relax and chat as one of the family cooked in the fantastic open kitchen. The two bedrooms with their own bathrooms had extremely comfortable beds and awesome walk in showers. The pool area was also spotless and a great place to relax after a day at the beach.
Whilst we had no problems during out stay Ben was very friendly and responsive to any questions we had. The island itself is idyllic. Beautiful beaches, very quiet residential area, friendly locals and a good selection of restaurants.
Can't wait to return.

Amazingly clean with all the necessities
This place was absolutely perfect. Lots of nice touches throughout, you can tell the owners take pride in this property. More kitchenware that what we usually get when renting a house, and there was plenty of paper towels and soap to get through the week.
We came here to celebrate our 10 year anniversary and left the kids with family. This was perfect for that, but would have also been plenty large enough if they had been with us.
AMI took our breath away and this will be a go to spot for vacation from here on out!
