ED Ref. 870245 Our holiday home - house Alpkönig- a semi-detached house, located on the Sonnenhalde, as the name implies, in a beautiful south-facing slope, in a cul-de-sac with no through traffic. The location away from the hustle and bustle, no fence, no barrier, no entertainment, but so central that well-known excursion destinations in all directions are good and timely. Here is the ideal starting point for hikes and trips to sunny Allgäu. In the village there are shops and several restaurants. Our house can accommodate one or two families (sleeps 6). Living room with cozy dining area (corner seat) in Allgäu style, TV chair and Swedish stove and exit to the beautiful south-facing terrace and garden. The living / dining room is equipped with color cable TV incl. Radio, Internet connection and a cozy fireplace. Kitchen with 4-burner stove / oven, refrigerator with freezer. Of course, all dishes available and div. Electr. Devices such as water u. Egg cooker, toaster. Two bedrooms with double beds and spacious wardrobes and daylight bathroom with toilet, bath and sink on the upper floor. Another toilet is located in the basement. Other two beds in the converted loft, suitable accessible via a space-saving staircase, so only conditionally recommended for children under 5 years. For skiing you can use the Skikammer front of the house available. Parking for your vehicle can be found at the house. So on three floors you will find everything you need for a relaxing holiday. In our house you will always find a basic supply of food, cleaning and bath products are at guests and consume. Only consumed products must be replaced. Here the basic equipment: toilet paper (at least 5 rolls.), Soap, toilet cleaner, cotton swabs, sugar, sweetener, salt, div. Spices, olive oil, vinegar, div. Fruit and black teas, coffee, coffee filters, napkins, detergents, cleaning cloths, pot scourers cleaning supplies, garbage bags, shoe cleaning kit. The bathroom has a hair dryer and magnifying mirror for you. The deposit payable on arrival in the amount of € 150, - is cash to our housekeeper or a delegated person to hand over and will be returned on departure, provided that the house in proper condition to our housekeeper, was returned to you. The deposit will be refunded only if the guest cards are on arrival every guest, adults and children, handed out, to be returned. In case of loss or non-return, per guest card 25, - Euro will be deducted from the deposit. Additional costs: Towels: to rent once per object for 10 EUR (optional). Winter package from 01. 09. to 30. 04 .: costs per object and week in the amount of 45 EUR (compulsory). Tourist tax: There is a charge of EUR 1. 2 per person per day (mandatory).

Gemütliches Häuschen mit super Ausblick

Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden und würden den Aufenthalt weiterempfehlen. Es stehen einige kleine Reparaturarbeiten im Haus an, das hat unsere Urlaubsstimmung allerdings keineswegs getrübt, wer exklusivere Ansprüche an seine Unterkunft hegt, ist in diesem Objekt falsch aufgehoben.

Sehr gemütliches Haus in toller Lage. Sehr freundliche Hausverwalterin. Nur das fehlende Sofa ist ein kleiner Wermutstropfen. Sonst alles TipTop.

Die Gegend war sehr schön, schöner Garten. Die Unterkunft war nicht so sauber. Alte Gartenmöbel, die Liegen könnte man nicht benutzen, da sie defekt waren. Die einzige Küchenzeile war auch defekt, kein Platz um etwas hinzustellen. Die Küchenschränke gingen nicht richtig zu. Alt! Wir würden so eine Wohnung nicht vermieten. Aber das Wetter war sehr gut, so dass wir uns viel im Freien aufhalten konnten.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, wir sind eine Familie mit zwei Töchtern, 10 und 7 Jahre alt. Wir waren an Fasching in der Wohnung und sind für eine Woche in Ofterschwang in den Skikurs gegangen, Bambini und Fortgeschritten. In Missen gibt es drei gutbürgerliche Restaurants, zwei Allgäuer und ein Italiener. Alle drei sind o.k. Die Wohnung ist ansprechend auf drei Stockwerken. Und hat es sehr gut gefallen. Viel Spaß den Nachmietern
