Florence was very friendly. The main house is beautiful inside. I didn’t see the bedrooms, but the living area is stunning. We had the pool to ourselves and the tennis court too. It’s not too far to Lyon which was nice for a day out.

It’s nice to have the privacy of your own entrance, and to have your own living room and kitchen, but the cottage could do with some serious updating, it’s very rundown, and is completely lacking any of the beauty and style of the main house sadly. Another table and chairs would be good so that people don’t have to share at breakfast.

The hostess is very hospitable and enthusiastic. The environment is very beautiful and peaceful. The rooms are clean and comfortable.
