The cozy apartment **** (65 square meters) is located in the historic center of Ahrweiler. From the large terrace you have a superb view of the vineyards and the Red Wine Trail. You can expect a lovingly furnished apartment with a modern, fully equipped kitchen; a cute bedroom; a light-filled living room and a large bathroom. Dear guest, please take a look at the price scale at the end of this text !!! The old town of Ahrweiler, with its old half-timbered houses and wineries are nearby. The apartment is very easy to reach by train (distance to 500m station) or by car. Motorbikes can be parked in a separate room. A spiral staircase leads to the apartment. Here you will find a modern kitchen with dishwasher, four burner stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker and everything you need for cooking. Behind it a modern bright bath room with a spacious shower, sink and toilet. Next it goes into a cozy bedroom with double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m). Bed linen, bath towels are naturally present. In the bright, friendly living room with TV corner, DVD and an additional separate sofa bed (1,40 x 2,00 m) will take you on another flight of stairs. On the two large terraces offer views over the vineyards in Ahrweiler. Parking is available in the nearby underground car park. On the ground floor is a room with washing machine, allowing you to leave your bikes safely. Due to the parquet floor, unfortunately no pets are allowed. In the house, smoking is not allowed, but you can now bank on the terrace available. The apartment was classified by the German Tourism Association with four stars ****. Luxurious warm and cosy apartment

We had a terrific stay at this apartment in Ahrweiler. The space is very well decorated and spotlessly clean. The beds are super comfortable and the kitchen is beautifully equipped. We loved our stay - the owners cat checked in for a cuddle every day and the view of the vineyards was fabulous. Ahrweiler is a lovely little town. So much to see and so many cakes to try.... We will definitely be back again. Thanks Monika!

Eine außerordentlich schöne Wohnung mit herrlichem Blick auf die Weinberge. Ankommen und sofort wohlfühlen. Sehr geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Jederzeit wieder. Haben bereits für das nächste Jahr erneut gebucht.

Ein wunderschönes Wochenende in einer wunderschönen Wohnung. Sehr hilfsbereite Vermieter und alles sehr sauber. Die Terrasse bei dem schönen Wetter oft genutzt, auch hier viele kleine, schöne Dekorationen und Pflanzen. Mit viel Verstand und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen in dieser schönen Wohnung mit 2 Terassen. Modern und gemütlich, sauber und geräumig. Es ist an alles gedacht. Die Lage zentral und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Viele Restaurants und Geschäfte in unmittelbarer Umgebung, unheimlich nette hilfsbereite Vermieter. Wir können die Wohnung zu 100 Prozent weiterempfehlen.

Super modernes Appartement, absolut zu empfehlen

Wir waren mit 4 Personen für 2 Nächte im Appartement und hatten ein sehr schönes Wochenende in Ahrweiler. Die Begrüßung durch Familie Kortmann war sehr herzlich und persönlich. Vom Appartement waren wir sofort begeistert. Über eine gemütlich eingerichtete Terasse kommt man in der Eingangsbereich der Wohnung. Diese ist hell, freundlich und sehr modern eingerichtet. Das gesamte Appartement ist extrem sauber und in einem wirklich gutem Zustand! Die Lage ist super, man ist direkt in der Altstadt. Einen kostenlosen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage in unmittelbarer Nähe gab es auch. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen :)
