About this apartment rental

Pride of ownership shows in this completely updated 2BR/2Bath condo in the golf community of Palm-Aire. 0pen layout features kitchen, dining area and living room leading to an all seasons lanai. The master suite with king sized bed features a walk-in closet and private bath with full walk in shower stall. Wood laminate floors are in the living area and master bedroom, ceramic tile in kitchen and bathes. This property overlooks the 11th fairway of Palm-Aire's country club golf course. A gorgeous heated swimming pool adjoins the recently remolded clubhouse all for your enjoyment. Palm-Aire Country Club membership is not mandatory but special drates are available for anyone interested in golf, tennis and/or social activities. Downtown Sarasota and its beautiful beaches are within a short drive. SRQ International Airport is just 7 miles away. A number of fine restaurants and abundant shopping is just minutes away in the upscale University Town Center Mall.

This condo is spacious, clean and centrally located to shops and multiple restaurants. Owners are very friendly and responded quickly to a small issue. Would highly recommend this rental, it has everything needed for a great stay in Florida.
