We had a wonderful time! The location was perfect - close walk to the beach and centrally located to some great restaurants. The house itself is beautiful and we loved the deck!

The house is pristinely clean, with everything you could need on a vacation! We loved the location and all of the decks, especially the top deck with both ocean and bay views. Can’t wait to go back!

This rental is on the top of my list! This home provided everything we needed for a perfect week at the shore. Well equipped kitchen. Two nice clean bathrooms. Roomy bedrooms. Comfortable living spaces. Love the decks! Walking to the beach was so easy... I had no concerns about traffic since we were so close and only had to cross the quiet beach road. Great outside spaces too. Nice outdoor showers, clothes line, plenty of parking for two trucks. Foot rinse hose at front walk <<< I loved that! Owners are friendly and attentive! Multiple text messages about travel/traffic plus several contacts about how things were going. They immediately tended to our needs while we were there. Brant Beach is one of our favorites. Very close to stores, bike rentals, restaurants, and activities like mini-golf and Bay Village Pier. Thanks for a great week!

We just got back from a most enjoyable week staying at this house. It was clean and well kept and stocked nicely with all you would expect from a rental and then some. We used the multiple decks all the time and especially enjoyed sitting at the table in the covered part. There was always a breeze and you can hear the waves. Having the washer and dryer right in the unit was very convenient. This unit also has its own outdoor shower which my family always prefers while at the beach. The walk to the beach was very short, just a few houses away. The owner Janis was very responsive to any of my questions. We would stay here again and certainly recommend to others.

We really enjoyed our first family vacation in LBI! The house was clean and comfortable and well stocked with all the things our family needed for a week at the beach. On top of the essentials, there were beach chairs, sand toys, and even games, books, and movies in the living room for a rainy day. The openness of the kitchen and living room provided a nice space to hang out when recovering from the sun. The covered deck area was perfect for eating dinner in the ocean breeze, and we loved having our morning coffee outside in the sea air. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again!

We have vacationed on LBI/Brant Beach for 4 years now with our 3 small kids during off season (Sept) but had an opportunity to be here during peek and selected a different property to rent...we are thrilled that we changed things up! The owners are welcoming, helpful and have thought of everything. Truly, bring your suit, flip flops and sunscreen and go! Though we have never stayed in a duplex before (usually a SFH on Brant Beach) the top floor unit was extremely spacious, high vaulted ceilings in the main room with an abundance of windows which created an airy & light feel in the unit. There is a wonderful breeze because you are on the second floor and close to the bay and the 3 from ocean (plus ceiling fans in all rooms) that the central A/C which the house has, was used just for sleeping. One of the wonderful aspects of this property which we enjoyed daily was the outdoor cover veranda and deck-Our favorite spot! It was amazing to sit outside for meals,, play games or just to hang out. The additional 1/2 bath was perfect for our family of 5 since we usually showered outside in the well kept/private outdoor showers after a day at the beach. The washer and dryer made our journey back to Chicago wonderful with out loads of dirty laundry pending. The owner supplied a very nice beach cart with chairs and an umbrella (this was NOT the "left over 1970" beach stuff either) it made our days on the shore effortless. We love Brant Beach because its quiet & calm, it has THE BEST BEACHES, very family friendly and the location is ideal for the north and south of the island. We are thrilled to have selected this property to stay during our annual vacation and look forward to coming back next year for our trip to this house.. you will not be disappointed! The unit is great. Spacious, clean, and literally just a few houses away from the beach. You can walk to everything- restaurants, shops, etc. I'd definitely recommend staying here.
