The apartment is well located, steps from the ocean, a ten-minute bus ride into Malaga center. The smell of jasmine as we walked the local streets was lovely. The kitchen is well equipped, like you'd expect in your own home. I’d suggest the addition of a table and other outdoor furniture for the terrace as that the best place to be when you’ve returned to the apartment. When we had a question, Letty was prompt with her reply or, if needed, presence. If your later in life the stairs need to be considered. Take the 29 bus up into the hills and stop for lunch at the local café, a simple plate de jour,the character of the place is well worth the trek. Hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did .

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben den Aufenthalt in dieser kleinen und hübschen Wohnung genossen. Die Lage ist perfekt! Schwierigkeiten hatten wir einzig mit der täglichen Parkplatz suche, dies ist wahrlich eine Herausforderung. Wir würden diese Wohnung aber jederzeit weiter empfehlen.

The property is well managed and well thought out, everything you need without a lot of clutter. Pleasant interactions with the onsite manager and a sense of security in both the suite and the neighbourhood. Lots of stairs to consider, but worth the climb!

L'appartement était très propre,nous avons apprécié les efforts de Fernando pour parler francais ainsi que sa disponibilité flexible pour notre arrivée .L'appartement est suffisamment spacieux sur 2 niveaux nous avons profité de la grande terrasseavec vue mer pour nos repas.Sa situation à proximité des arrêts de bus permet de belles soirées dans le centre historique à 15min en bus.Si il faut parler des points négatifs. ...je dirai le chant de l'oiseau en cage des voisins :) Pour se restaurer typiquement ne pas hésiter à déguster les "espetos " de sardines dans les nombreux restaurants situés sur la promenade qui longe la mer! Wir wurden sehr nett von Fernando empfangen. Er hatte uns alles in der Wohnung gezeigt und erklärt und war auch sonst sehr hilfsbereit! Die Wohnung selbst, war super sauber und ist sehr nett eingerichtet. Es ist alles da was man braucht! Es sind nur wenige Meter zum Strand, Restaurants oder zum Supermarkt. Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Wohnung und ein toller Urlaub! Vielen Dank!!!

Die Beschreibung des Objektes passt zu 100%: die Lage direkt am Strand läd zum spontanen Schwimmen ein, die Restaurants lassen jedes Herz der spanischen Küche höher schlagen. Fernando war super flexibel und hat uns stets geantwortet, wenn wir Anliegen hatten. Pedregalejo ist von der Lager her ideal, man nimmt den Bus oder den Scooter und ist ruckzuck im Zentrum. Fast unbezahlbar ist die Terrasse der Ferienwohnung. Einzigen Rat, den wir haben: wer es leise braucht um einzuschlafen, sollte Ohropax mitnehmen, da das spanische Leben sich bis tief in die Nacht auf der Straße abspielt.

The only negative comment is that its wonderful, convenient location comes with plenty of street noise. This may or may not bother people depending on what they are used to. If it's too noisy at night, closing the window and using the air con is one solution. We stayed there early August when it is at its busiest and wouldn't hesitate to return, the noise at night was way overshadowed by the convenient location and the overall experience of the house itself.

Die Wohnung liegt im ersten und zweiten Stock an einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse, im zweiten Stock gibt es eine schöne Terasse. Alles zweckmässig eingerichtet. Zum Meer zwei Minuten. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Parken ist am Wochenende etwas schwierig.

Wir hatten tolle Ferien in Malaga, genossen die Kultur der Stadt und die Ruhe am Strand. Die Wohnung ist schlicht und einfach eingerichtet, man hat alles was es braucht. wir kommen wieder!!!

we received such a warm wellcoming from our host Fernaudo that I knew that we had chosen correctly.He showed us around and answered all our questions about the apartment and surrounding area,a great help. we had everything we need (except egg cups)two good sized bedrooms with aircon which were quiet,a small kitchen but it worked and an efficient new washing machine ,just ideal.but of course it was the large spacious cleverly shaded roof terrace which we loved.For us two Norwegian ladies used to peace and quiet, we could hear slight traffic however being so close to wonderful spacious beaches and able to walk everywhere or take the local bus,it was the perfect HOLLIDAY apartment. THANK YOU Manuela and Fernando,we shall certainly recommend you and the Norwegians will be back.

Lovely apartment so close to the beach. Ideal location, close to shops , restaurants and the bus into Malaga which is a beautiful Moorish city. Fernando was quick to communicate and was very helpful. Well recommended.

Super apartment by the beach. We enjoyed the terrace, the beach and the many fish restaurants. Bus to Malaga center and supermarket just around the corner.

The landlord of the property was a true gentleman and helped me regain my house keys when I thought I had lost them for good. The property was just metres away from the beach. It was perfect, not too many tourists and a real taste of Spain and it’s people.

This flat is just feet from the Mediterranean and a lovely and quiet beach community of cafes and restaurants that offer great Spanish food. Shopping is a 2 minute walk. The bus service into Malaga is frequent and inexpensive. But the 40 minute walk for those who enjoy the exercise is picturesque. Although the weather in February and March was unusually cool and rainy we used the terrace and enjoyed the view. The flat is well supplied and heated and air conditioned. The manager Fernando is always reachable for tips on the local culture or just to check in. Fernando was great to work with. We had no issues with the acccomodation but reached out about the local scene. Always responsive. Beach walks were a daily pleasure. And Malaga is a city with lots to do. We had a beautiful time in Malaga - very good location, only a few steps to the sea !!! Everyday you can eat breakfast on a beautiful big terrace !!! The apartment has everything you need - there is also a stove for cooler evenings as the sun does not shine. There is a large grocery store next to it. The bus is very close - you can buy a bus card next to the bus and drive only 10 minutes to the center of Malaga. The bus costs 8 euros and there are 10 rides !!! There are wonderful restaurants next to the apartment - very good food - a lot of fish and seafood - this is the best place to stay in Malaga. The owner is very kind and helpful. I really recommend this place highly
