Beautiful hotel and great location

The location was great, and I found it to be a lovely, safe area for walking and exploring. I enjoyed the shops and restaurants by the hotel, especially Stoked Poke and Jeremiah’s Italian Ice, as well as the hotel itself. I loved the restaurant in the hotel, and the food was incredible, everything I got (shrimp, chocolate cake, and breakfast yogurt, fruit & granola) was top notch. The staff of the hotel and restaurant were wonderful, very friendly and helpful. I have no criticisms or complaints about my stay— I can’t imagine how it could have been better! Thanks for a great time!

It was secure and clean! The staff was wonderful! They were very nice, polite and helpful! The hotel was very clean and well maintained. I really enjoyed it!

This is a good looking hotel with good location, however, the cleanliness is important for hygiene purpose. The room was never clean properly with hairs found on the bathroom floor most of the 12 days I stayed there. The room have never been vacuum which is unacceptable and not hygiene. Amenities are not replaced sometime. Water is not free but charged.
Cleanliness of the room, bathroom, etc., Bathroom is never cleaned properly with molds !!
