Nestled in Campomarino, this attractive house for $367 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Spacious, renovated house in Campomarino, Apulia, for rent. Quiet, yet very location near the beach (200m), directly adjacent to the nature reserve of the known Dune of Campomarino. The house has 5 bedrooms (11 beds). In the first Floor there are a total of 3 bedrooms and a large bathroom with a masonry shower. 2 of the bedrooms contain a double bed, the 3rd room has a bunk bed and a single bed and is used by us mainly as a nursery. The master bedroom opens directly onto the large, very sunny roof terrace with panoramic sea views. On the ground floor (ground floor) is the living room, another large bathroom with built shower and fully equipped spacious kitchen. This has an exit to a small terrace with private stairs to the garden. From the living room leads directly to the large main terrace. This corresponds in your size roof terrace on the top floor and offers the complete capping pleasant shade on hot summer days. A great place to relax. The dining table on the terrace can accommodate 8 people, but can easily be extended by a further table, if required. In the basement there are 2 more bedrooms with double bed, one bathroom (no shower) and several smaller storage areas. The house was renovated a few years ago and thus set up in conjunction with mostly new furniture. The house has a large plot of land (about 1600 square meters). This is completely surrounded by a stone wall. The manicured garden includes a 2016 created private pool and is planted with Mediterranean plants, including many large palm trees, mulberry trees, almond trees, many flowers and various herbs. Campo Marino is a typical small Italian resort, which has so far remained untouched by mass tourism. The holiday month of August, mainly Italians spend your holidays, the atmosphere is very informal. Large hotels or beach chairs for hire are still unknown here. By mid-July and September from the beach often has on its own. The price level is compared in Puglia with other Italian destinations still very low. The quality of the food is fantastic, everything is freshly prepared using local ingredients. From our own experience, our house is also perfect for 2 families in a quiet and relaxed atmosphere together here on holiday. Just 250 meters from the house is the beautiful Naturstrand- the crystal clear waters ideal for swimming. Campo Marino boasts the best water quality in the Mediterranean area. In addition, the surrounding area also invites you to trips. Manduria, the capital of Primitivo wine, Lecce (Southern Italy response to Florence), Ostuni, Alberobello Trulli or the Fasano (Europe's largest safari zoo) are just a few examples. You can reach Campo Marino simply by plane (Brindisi airport (40 km) and Bari (130km)). Several low-cost airlines fly this from Germany to late autumn regularly to. Also, the approach with your own car is no problem about the well-established Italian motorways.

Incredible house with an incredible layout. Great spaces indoors and outdoors for convivial dinners but also a lot of beautiful areas for some quiet time. Perfect for families. Extremely close to an amazing beach.

Wir waren Ende August/Anfang September in diesem Haus und der Aufenthalt bringt mich dazu, meine erste Bewertung überhaupt zu schreiben. Zur Lage: Sehr nah an der Küste und sehr ruhig. Die nächste kleine Sandbucht ist zu Fuß in 5-7 Minuten zu erreichen. In der Hochsaison oder an der Wochenenden brechend voll. Als einzige Verpflegung steht an dem Wochenende ein Imbisswagen an der Strandstraße oberhalb der Bucht. Leider konnten wir hier nichts probieren, weil es an der WE geregnet hat und wir nicht an den Strand sind. Toiletten habe ich in Strandnähe keine gesehen. Wir konnten einfach heimlaufen- ok- was aber alle anderen gemacht haben, die mit dem Auto gekommen sind möchte ich nicht so genau wissen. Passend hierzu ist am kompletten Strand kein einziger Mülleimer, entsprechend vermüllt ist die Bucht und die komplette Gegend. Sehr charmant. Zum Einkaufen/Essen gehen/ Bummeln braucht man immer ein Auto. Fahrzeit nach Maruggio oder Campomarino ca 6-10 Minuten. Maruggio hat eine sehr kleine aber auch sehr hübsche Piazza mit echt netten Lokalen. Sehr preisgünstig und super lecker. Die beste Pizza meines Lebens habe ich im Tastevin gegessen, mit einem großartigen Kellner der akzentfrei deutsch spricht. Ebenso hat die „L’Osteria del Vico“ mich echt begeistert: Tolle Karte, mega Kellner und ein gemütlicher Hinterhof zum draußen sitzen. Campomarino ist grässlich. Komische Lokale, runtergekommene Kinderkarusells, ein Witz von einem Hafen - null Charme, also nichts wie weg. Das Haus selber ist groß, 250qm, mit 2,5 Bädern, großer überdachter Terrasse, einem Pool im sehr großen Garten und angeblich für bis zu 11 Personen. In erster Linie aber war das Haus dreckig als wir ankamen. Der Ansprechpartner vor Ort hat uns einmal kurz rumgeführt, Schlüssel, Alarmanlage, Sicherungen etc. erklärt und fertig. Er sagte, er wisse ja leider nie, wie alt die Kinder seien, die mitreisen (obwohl wir das ja bei Buchung angeben mussten), daher wurden halt mal Einzelbetten im Kinderzimmer bezogen. Das könnten wir ja dann ändern, wie wir wollten. Leider passten die Laken aber nicht auf die großen Betten, das war natürlich doof. Er nach der Übergabe fiel uns erst auf, dass die Bude noch nicht mal gesaugt worden war. Von Aufwischen natürlich keine Spur. Die gemauerte Ablage für Shampoo etc. in den 2 Duschen war von eine gelartigen Grütze überzogen: Eine Mischung aus Seife der Vormieter, Wasser und Staub. Der Badezimmermüll war nicht geleert worden. We had good time at this property. It has all the comfort but the bidet which is strange for a house in Italy. Other than that there was only one major issue but Istavan and Gerd worked very hard to solve it as soon as possible. Overall we had a nice stay.

Villa bien équipée et très agréable. Quelques améliorations possibles mais en cours: Rangements supplémentaires Tapis de bain Bouilloire théière Rien de fondamental, personnel d’entretien très réactif. Procédure de départ précipitée. Une très belle expérience que nous recommandons.
