The overall stay was great The home is family friendly and comfortable. The location is in a good area near a lot of restaurants, grocery stores, and other shops. It was great place for the Bataan March and to rest up after a 26.2 mile ruck. We’ll be back next year!

We and our dogs truly enjoyed our four days in Las Cruces. We come down every so often and will definitely stay at this location.

Lovely house, spacious, well equipped, very clean, nice neighbourhood and convenient location for all the excellent amenities Las Cruces has to offer. Check in and communication with Brad great. Nice spot for visiting our son at NMSU

Everything was going great, until we noticed that while we were out & about closing on our new home, someone took the liberty of going through the rental. Also, someone broke the side gate that goes to the backyard.

This property was perfect, clean had everything we need and very roomy, the host let us in early and was very nice. I wiuld recommend this property to anyone lookin to stay in las cruces, it was close to everything you needed, thanks for the stay

We loved how private it was. Very large and clean house and perfect place to unwind and relax. The flowers and humming birds all day right outside the window's.

The house met our expectations in comfort and convenience. The house had everything we needed and a great backyard space to relax. Would love to return.

We really enjoyed our time. In Las Cruces. The house was great with lots of natural light. Also has a great backyard with a grill. We enjoy golf and the location is near both NM State GC and Sonoma Ranch GC. Perfect for us. Will be our first choice for our next stay in Las Cruces.

We enjoyed our stay and holiday gathering. All aspects of this property were excellent. Spacious, good location, comfortable environment.

My husband and I are in process of moving to Las Cruces. Executive Hills was our home while new home being built. Everything was as advertised and we found it to be very comfortable. Property manager was very helpful on the few things we had some questions on and communicated with us in a timely manner. Neighborhood was great and such a beautiful view at the end of street. I would recommend this property to anyone for a long or short stay.

Let me start by saying that this review will indicate higher standards as I own a vacation rental myself and know what it is to provide quality amenities enough so that guests will want to return. That said, my husband and I stayed at this lovely small home for a week in June. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and this beautifully-decorated, clean rental helped with that. Daily temperatures reached 113, so we were grateful for the attached garage with garage opener to shield our car from the blazing sun. We were able to enjoy the back yard during the mornings, where the mourning doves cooed and we could watch birds at a nearby feeder. Summary points are as follows: Pros: great location near grocery stores, dining and Lohman Ave, a major Las Cruces thoroughfare; quiet and safe neighborhood; comfortable beds; high-speed internet and Roku TV setup; 2 full baths with plenty of soaps and towels; plenty of table space for dining and laptops; the A/C and laundry facilities worked well Cons: kitchen items need replenishing: throw out cracked and chipped crockery; get some Non-Stick(!) cookware—I made an omelet in the skillet provided and the cleanup was a mess; rubber bottle stoppers and chip clips would be appreciated; plasticware for leftovers and plastic drinkware for taking out back on the patio would ensure greater convenience and outdoor safety; small dish drainer, more dish rags (there was just one!) and scrubbies—while I’m happy to use the dishwasher at the end of my visit, I would like the option of cleaning utensils and small plates that we use over and over again, by hand; missed having night stand on both sides of Master Bed, and reading lamps in family room Troubling: the A/C worked well but considerable condensation/water backup (clogged outake in AC unit needs attention) spilled from the laundry room ceiling several times, frightening us at first as it sounded like a waterfall. I called and emailed the property manager and got NO response even during a weekday. So even if this problem is something already known about this property, I would have preferred a call from at the least. Refrigerator gets water on top shelf soaking nearby items. Bathtub drains need unclogging. I would give this rental a solid 4-stars. It needs some attention to repairs and refreshing of kitchen items. My husband was so annoyed with no phone call from the property manager, that he suggests 3 stars.

First vacation since the pandemic. We enjoyed exploring Las Cruces and this was a great jumping off point, close to everything!
