The most convenient access to world class skiing awaits you when you stay at the Marriott Timber Lodge. Heavenly's State-line gondola, located right outside the lobby door, whisks you to the top of the mountain, providing spectacular views of Lake Tahoe during the ride.
South Lake Tahoe is an amazing location for a memorable New Year's vacation and Timber Lodge is located within easy walking distance of the casinos, an outdoor ice-skating ring, a full-sized grocery store and many retail shops and restaurants. The town and area around the lodge celebrate with concerts, parties, and casino activities.
This unit has two connected sides with a locking door between the two for privacy; one side has a full-sized kitchen, full bedroom with king bed, full living/dining room with queen sleeper sofa and the other side of the unit has a large one bedroom with king bed and queen pull-out sofa bed, efficiency sized kitchen and bathroom. Both sides have their own door to the outside hotel corridor. Hotel property has large heated pool, jacuzzi, exercise room and valet ski storage, full lobby/reception area.

Valet Parking for one car is included in the rental price.
