Booking requirements/house rules/rental agreement: **Per the HA, must be at least 26+ years of age to book. No third-party bookings (person booking must be staying). No locals. **Children must be pre-approved as house is not child-proofed (must be 7or older or non-mobile). **For safety and insurance, due to toxic plants and other issues, no animals allowed in home or on property. **No parties. No events. Max 4 overnight. All guests must be listed before booking including any potential visitors. **Purchase trip insurance. No refunds for last-minute cancellations. No date changes 48hrs after booking.
