It is also within 1 mile of Colorado State University. It is a short 15 minute drive to Horsetooth reservoir or the Poudre River. Estes park is only 45 minutes and Denver one hour. This updated 2 bedroom/1 bath home has new queen beds in each bedroom with high quality linens and cozy comforters. The kitchen is updated with new appliances and fully furnished for your cooking needs. The family room has very comfy furniture with a new electric fireplace that adds to the ambiance factor! The bathroom has a shower/tub combo with soft, thick hand and bath towels. A stackable washer/dryer is also available for your use.
