About this house rental
We have a home located on a quiet street within walking distance to downtown. Well behaved pets are welcome. All dishes and linen are included. This house is suitable for a quiet family or 3 couples. It sleeps a maximum of 6 adults in 4 beds. The house is air conditioned. It has a barbeque and large rear deck. We are negotiable on exact dates of arrival and departure. There is a minimum stay of 3 nights. It is a non-smoking residence.

The property was nicely appointed. Had everything our family of 4 adults and one small dog would need. Fantastic location. We spent time exploring the area- Invemere, Panorama, and Radium. We had a lovely time. My only concern would be all the dog hair. Our dog doesnt shed much and our daughter has allergies. That said the family concensus was we would stay again. Truly can't beat the price and location. Thank you!

Really great location and space, had everything we needed with a great kitchen and outdoor area. Hosts were great in communication and what we needed for our stay.

Great location in town with ideal set up for 2 kids 3 adults and our dog. Had a great time up at Panorama and its a quick drive down the hill and back into town. The house was set up with everything we needed for our long weekend stay. Would definitely stay again!

Full disclosure
Andrea and David were great hosts and very accommodating. They put up a real Xmas tree and decorated for us making a great family Xmas reunion. Location and view was perfect!!! Very quiet location but basement tenant had barking dogs. We were not aware of the tenant and it was not disclosed in the description. There was an access door from the tenants dwelling but locked from out side once confirmed that there was no access for them. Disclosure would have been appreciated as we were under the impression we had the entire home to ourselves. Beautiful property and is for sale. Last property we booked for this trip was sold last minute after we booked and paid for it months in advance. This forced us to rent this home and we were glad we did. Location was far better. Cleanliness seemed rushed a bit. Very happy with the loads of firewood available for the nice warm stove. Overall very happy with our stay and the hospitality of our hosts. Thank you Andrea and David.

Close to town with great views
We really enjoyed our stay in the Red House. We really liked that we barely needed the car to go get icecream and enjoy shops as well do our recreational activities. Great deck with beautiful views of the mountains
