About this condo rental
Newly remodeled pool view condo located on the ground level of El Cortez Villas. Ground floor condo 2/2 with tile throughout and coastal décor! The master bedroom has a king-size. Second bedroom has a king size bed, a set of bunk beds with a full on bottom; and believe it or not still room for the kids to play! Three flat screen TVs throughout the condo, internet access, kitchen loaded with dishes, pots and pans, coffee maker, blender, microwave, dishwasher. Smart TVs in living room and second bedroom. Beach boardwalk and golf cart path puts you on the sand in less than 5 min. walk or a 2 min golf cart ride. Brand new golf cart path to the beach just added! You can rent a golf cart from one of the many rental places in town and leave your car parked during your stay! Drive to town is 4 min. or 12 min. via the golf cart on the beach for restaurants and shopping! Front patio has direct view of pool and grilling area—relax and enjoy! A second back patio off master bedroom. 2 beautiful swimming pools with lawn area, grilling areas. Fish cleaning house onsite! Boat parking available during your stay. We hope you will love Port Aransas as much as we do! We also own 221 the upstairs unit if more space is needed. If booked together the combination of both units will sleep 10 people. The place was very accommodating and very pleasant. The only complaint I have is that all of the surface rugs (living room, 2 bedrooms) were not thoroughly cleaned. Food was stuck in them as well as quite a few stickers which myself and my 6 year old stepped on frequently. Also, underneath the table in the living room, under the couches, and under the beds, they all had a bunch of trash and old food as if they hadn’t been moved to clean under in a long time. Not a huge deal and this certainly didn’t impact our stay much but it was pretty noticeable and hope the management company can take care of these details for future tenants. Otherwise we had a perfect family vacation here.

Place was great for us. Plenty of room with two king sized beds and bunk beds for the kids that were comfortable. Two bathrooms. Washer/dryer in unit. Plenty of seating. Nice space on the back patio.
Any issues were small ones like the kitchen faucet needs some work. It is very loose and appears the be ready to fall off. The rugs need vacuuming and sand burrs removed. Little things that would be nice but easily worked around. Good access to the beach.

We had a good experience overall during our trip until two weeks later the landlord reaches out asking if we took their parking passes. I did not and clearly remember walking the passes to the house prior to leaving when checking out. Landlord proceeds to bill me for the passes anyway after that explanation. Poor way of handling the situation.

We stayed here for a weekend getaway. 4 adults, 2 children. Size was perfect for us. The kids loved the bunk beds. Had everything we needed...kitchen, bathroom and other supplies.

Very nice property and the house itself is very beautiful. Little bit of a walk to the beach if you don’t rent a golf cart, but it’s only a little over quarter of a mile. Very pleased with how comfortable the beds were. This is a nice place for a quick getaway.

Haven't been to Port A in 20 years, this was a great place to spend our vacation. Pool is right out the door, and the beach is a 5 minute walk. 5 minute drive into town. Everything was clean and worked properly.

Property is clean and well maintained. It’s about an 8 min drive to the main town area . Nice beach. Great place. Highly recommend ! Nicely decorated.

Very clean and had all conveniences we needed.
Close to beach. Could not have been happier. Great communication with owners. We had no issues with Condo. But owners were always very quick to respond to any of my questions about Condo. Very pleased!!!

Brought the family down to Port A for one last summer trip. The condo was amazing with a pool right out the front door and the beach just a short 5 minute walk with golf cart access at mile marker 42. Highly recommend this 2 bedroom condo for your next Port A vacation.

We really enjoyed our staff! The condo and area was super nice and well maintained. We had everything we needed, and were close enough to the beach and Port Aransas to have many things to do. The house was very kid friendly, and they had a great time. I'd highly recommend anyone looking into staying in the area to stay here, and enjoy their time relaxing!

Took my grandson( from arizona) forhis first trip to the beach! We had a blast until Gigi (me)got food poisoning from eating at a restaurant in Port A… even tho I was sick we made the best of it, the condo was perfect!!!! I will be back!!!

Loved it! The check in process was very easy. The rental was very clean and decor definitely gave you the cozy beach vibe, also had everything from fresh towels laid out to all the cooking, and basic necessities available. The beach was a short walking distance that was easily accessible, the grounds and pool area were also very clean and maintained as well. Overall just a really welcoming, relaxing, fun, cozy atmosphere! Would definitely stay there again!

Great condo
This is a great condo. There are smaller pools for each group of condos, so they aren't crowded at all, mostly empty from what I saw. There is walking access to the beach, and it's next to Cinnamon Shores where there are restaurants and also just a few minutes from Port A. Communication with the hosts was fantastic, and I really liked the bunkbeds and king bed in the second room. Overall one of our favorite condos we've been to!

The last two messages I sent were left unresponsive.. probably due to housekeeping but owners still did not respond to this complaint after responding to 2 other questions. Good stay other than that issue…

great condo
loved the location! short boardwalk to the beach. pool & covered grill right out the front door. nice furnishings & decor. kitchen was well stocked with pleanty of dishes & every kind of cooking utensil & flatware. we cooked most nights. both front & back patios were nicely furnished. our family had a wonderful time!

Spacious!
This condo had more space than we realized, which was refreshing! The master bedroom had plenty of room for a pack-n-play for the baby, with room to spare. The master bathroom does have a sliding barn to save on space.
Check in was very simple and the condo was super clean. Just steps from the pool, which was so nice with a 3 year old and 10 month old. Most of the beds had foam toppers.
The only downside was the upstairs neighbors could be heard seemingly stomping around in the evenings. I did see they included some little boys (8-10 yrs) which probably explains the stomping and running down the stairs. It was pretty much any noise you’d experience being on the bottom floor, so don’t let that put you off. Just an FYI. It wasn’t enough for us to contact the owner, but might be important to some renters.
Overall, it was a great stay for 3 adults and two children.

The property was nice. Neighbors on top were very loud. Bed broke during our visit, repaired quickly and without fuss. Internet was out and communication was very good-it was a company outage, nothing on the home owner.

Condo was nice for our girls weekend. but unfortunately when we arrived we found another guest had accidentally checked into our condo instead. We contacted the owners and got it all worked out.

Steps from the beach
This was a nicely appointed condo, within walking distance to the beach, and next to the property pool. The property is dated but the recent remodel of this unit make it feel fresh and inviting.
There was confusion about the previous guest check-out date, or our check-in, and when we arrived the unit hadn't been cleaned. The owner's responded promptly and called the cleaning crew out. They also comped one night for the inconvenience. An excellent response!
Overall, we enjoyed our time and would stay at this property again.
