Great location for skiing holidays, only 5 min. to Kaprun/Schmitten.

The road in front of the apartment is quite busy.

We spent an amazing week at the apartment enjoying the beautiful view in the morning. The apartment is very comfortable for a long stay. There is everything you need, including a coffee machine and a dishwasher. It is close to the ski lifts to Kaprun and Zell am See. I definitely recommend for a comfortable stay in a great location.

Was quite easy to find the building because it is conveniently located right by the main road. Loved the place in general, you can wake up to a beautiful view from the balcony. The kitchen was fully equipped as mentioned. The presence of fan/cooler was of great value to us in the weather we had during our stay.

The key box isn't very obvious to find but we were helped promptly on calling the property.

Location of the apartment is a very good base for any kind of outdoor activities. There are lots of hiking trails, skiing routes and national parks nearby. Mountain view from the balcony is also a great asset, especially in the morning or in the evening.

It happens to be a bit noisy during the day due to closeness of the road

- Kudos for the Self check-in - Wifi connection was decent - view to the mountains is nice - bathroom and shower big and functional

Despite the view to the mountain, the location itself is quite terrible: - right ON a main high traffic road (cars, trucks, train..) - since u can’t keep open windows so often (because of loud noise..) the fact you have no AC but only a fan, it makes it not ideal in really hot months - the “kitchen” (-ette) is right on the entrance door and in front of the bathroom door, no space to move, and it has no proper ventilation when cooking - the price is not worth what you get In general it could be ok if you ONLY plan to go there to sleep, but if due to weather conditions you are forced to stay in..

Very good location less than 15 minutes to Zell Am See and Kaprun. Incredible view. Well equipped and suitable for families.

The name of the property not same as in the website. Not providing breakfast because of some issues they are fixing.
