About this house rental
Nestled in Lake Anna, this attractive house for $1,311 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Silver Sands Our calendar is updated in real-time & our nightly rates are accurately displayed. Simply enter your desired dates and click 'Book Now!' This waterfront home is set up to accommodate multiple families with space to spare. Incredible lake views allow for a dramatic finish to your days on the water. Enjoy the great outdoors on the 300 feet of sandy beach shoreline. The home is located on the public side of Lake Anna, with access to a dock and boat launch. Five beach chairs, five kayaks, three stand-up paddleboards, one canoe, and six luxury beach towels are available. The two separate kitchens and two separate family rooms and dining areas make this the perfect home to gather your family and friends. A high chair, baby gates, a booster seat, and age-appropriate games and books are available for younger guests. Amenities include a pool table, home theater, Xbox, PS3, and board games. The boathouse has a jet ski slip, cleats to tie up your boat, and a water slide and swim ladder. The area has several vineyards, including Cooper Vineyard, a beautiful place to visit in the fall. THINGS TO KNOW While WiFi is available, it is not suitable for gaming or streaming purposes. All fishing will require a Virginia Fishing License. A harmful algae bloom may be impacting the lake in this area. Please contact the property manager for more info. This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles. Dock details: A jet ski slip and cleats to tie up boats are available for guest use. All drivers of a motorized watercraft must have a Virginia Boater Safety License. There is also a waterslide. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

We loved the setting and that all 25 of our family could be in one home together. Bathrooms were a little tight with showers but it worked out.

Spent four nights here with 26 people for the Thanksgiving holiday and the house had plenty of space for everyone to be together or have some alone time. The house and property were awesome. The only thing I would say as a negative was that the house could use some TLC as any house does that gets used this much would need. Thank you for the wonderful family memories and sharing your home with us.

We were 4 families, house was large enough, the backyard/waterfront is where we spent most of the time. Its private, its fully stocked with kayaks for adults and children, the lake is gorgeous and calm, cool hammocks to lie in, picnic tables and chairs, and just overall a very nice cool place to hang out.
If I would have to criticize, I would say that the technological systems were a bit complicated to figure out, we did not figure out how to use the music system, the HVAC system, the movie theatre, and the ice machine (in the refrigerator) wasnt working. In any case, we focused on the outdoors more than indoors. I would also say there were lots of cob webs all over the property, I dont know what's done about that, I just figured I'd mention it

This is a lovely property. The location is wonderful as it it just off the main part of the lake and has a spectacular view of the setting Sun. It has a great secluded yard and beach. You can only see and be seen by one other boat house. The yard is level and affords you the opportunity to play yard games like volleyball and badminton among others. There are lots of water toys and places to dock jetskis. The slide was a big hit as well. The house was great. There was ample space for our family of 14. It is well appointed and very comfortable.
Our only complaint is with the property management… the house inside was wonderful however the yard was a mess, trash all over, boats in disarray and dirty towels laying about. This also meant there weren’t the stated amount of beach towels. We were told they couldn’t predict or promise an estimated time to remedy the issues. This is the problem with Vacasa management firm. For the amount we are paying for cleaning these things shouldn’t happen!

Our entire family, 7 adults, 9 children from 16 to 2-1/2 years old absolutely loved this place. It had plenty of room for everyone, a very comfortable kitchen/family room layout. It also had tons of entertainment for the kids and adults with paddle boards, kayaks, life preservers, floating dock and a walk-out beach. Our family loved our stay.

Our family of 7 adults and 6 teens had a wonderful experience. The extensive shoreline with sandy beach and the water playground plus all of the kayaks was an unexpected winner. The dock / beach area had every amenity including a well stocked refrigerator on the dock and a great fire pit on the sandy beach, which we used several times.
The only negative is the number of bathrooms. Too few for 13 people.

We had 3 generations (from 8 to 81) together in this beautiful house! There were so many things to do both inside and outside for everyone. The property is gorgeous and so well maintained. The owners certainly designed the house, grounds, and toys for all ages!

This was our 4th stay at Silver Sands and we are already booked for next summer. There were 11 adults and 13 grandkids ranging in age from 17 yrs down to 11 months. Plenty to do for everyone! The raft floats were a fun addition this year. Most of the time was spent in the water either swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, or the young ones fishing from the dock. The beach area is a definite plus especially for the under 5 yr old kids. Our family looks forward to our annual vacation at Lake Anna. My grandson told me on the ride home that he is already looking forward to next year!

Everything! This home is equipped with everything needed for a fabulous vacation. Kitchen very well equipped. Beach beautiful with every kind of water flotation device - so many the kids never fought over them. The VACASA description doesn't come close to detailing everything available. Location on the lake fabulous with extensive beachfront and walk in with gradual water depth - perfect for kids. All rooms well furnished. Beds comfortable. Bunk rooms great for kids. Could go on and on. Would love to return - all eighteen of us.

Amazing COVID Weekend Trip
This property exceeded all expectations of our group!!! Plenty of space inside and outside so we didn’t feel cramped with space. The beach was also full of water toys for our group to enjoy - and we made good use of the water slide too! I’d definitely recommend bringing your own soccer balls since the yard was large enough to play pickup games. The extra kitchen in the basement was perfect for extra drinks along with the mini fridge on the pier! 10/10 would recommend and I’d also recommend you book an extra day so you don’t feel rushed trying to get in all the activities!
