The 1000 sq ft 2B 2BA apartment is located in a gorgeous 1929 Landmark hotel, this spacious and sunny 2BD apartment sits right in the middle of OKC’s most vibrant neighborhood, Midtown, steps away from trendy bars, restaurants and coffee shops. Within walking distance to many museums, trendy restaurants, pubs , sports and entertainment. There is not a comparable downtown residential building with such elegance and quality. Building amenities include secure access, elevator, gated and covered parking. There is one parking space provided.Additional parking on the street. Our apartment has large windows and lots of them, gorgeous hardwood floors, granite countertops, updated fixtures, appliances and a classic downtown luxury feel! Spacious with a curated modern mix of furnishings in a vintage backdrop. Comfortably sleeps four with 2 bedrooms (one king and 1 queen), two vintage inspired bathrooms with lots of storage. Apartment amenities include an ensuite washer/dryer, extra closet and storage space, all bills paid, incl. Cable and WiFi Guests will have access to entire apartment and amenities. Also the small gym off the lobby. There is a courtyard between buildings that has a gas grill and is available for your use as well. We are on-site during your stay. Just call or text with any needs that arise! We will leave a hard copy guidebook with a detailed list of all the amazing restaurants and entertainment in the area, most within walking distance or a short Uber drive from the property! Uber fares are generally very quick to respond and in general average $6 a ride. Spokies bikes are available to rent, and the OKC bus station is about six blocks away. Easy breezy getting around town. Perfect for FAA, commuting executives or work transfers, contractual experts. Families needing 2 bathrooms.

My best VRBO experience ever! The apartment is beautifully appointed and equipped, every comfort provided for. The street isn’t busy, but you’re close to restaurants and attractions. It was very quiet, no noise from neighbors or street. The only problem is you’ll want to move in permanently!

The property was wonderful. The beautiful, historic hotel where our apartment was located was breathtaking. It was an amazing place that exceeded our expectations. The apartment was so nice and quiet. I loved the wood floors and the beds were so comfortable. The bathrooms were really nice, and there was lots of room to move around. My only complaint is on myself for not staying longer. It felt like home!

The condo is located in a beautiful historic building in a super fun and awesome area of the city. The condo was very clean, the beds were fantastic and comfortable and it was easy to get to where we wanted to go. The only thing I wish the kitchen had was a traditional coffee maker and not only a Keurig. The directions to get the keys and which door to go in were a little confusing but we figured it out. We would definitely stay here again!!

This is a very nice rental in a great location. The amenities were plentiful and well thought out. This is the type of owner you want to rent from again and again. If we return to OKC, I’ll try to book this spot for sure. Great job.

We absolutely loved the location. The place was so quite. We needed that for late and tired days at the softball tournament. Had a little issue with parking coming in late but it was addressed after the car who took up two spots. We however love the security of overall place

What a perfect place to stay as we celebrated our daughter’s graduation from the University of Oklahoma. Not too far from Norman, and near lots of great restaurant options. Highly recommend! We will try to book again if we come back to OKC.

We stayed 3 nights in this property and it was perfect for us! Easy and safe parking, walkable to many coffee shops, restaurants, and bars. The apartment was clean and very nicely furnished. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

We loved our stay at your apartment. The apartment amenities were very nice, and we had all that we needed for our family weekend getaway. The location was central to many unique restaurants, coffee and shopping which we enjoyed. We look forward to staying here again as we enjoy OKC while our daughter is at OU.

We were in town for an event at Paycom Center. We loved the walking location to Midtown hot spots and also how easy it was to grab the light rail to Paycom. Very comfortable accommodations - the four of us enjoyed our trip very much!

Loved staying at this former hotel. Lots of unique touches including mosaic tile and wood floors. Most comfortable beds ever! We did have a bit of trouble at first checking in but staff on site- Tracy- helped us immediately and took good care of us. Thanks to Michale and everyone else (including Stanley the cat) who made our trip so comfortable and warm. Will book again.

When we arrived, the only confusion was finding the correct parking lot. As soon as we realized it was across the street south of the building, everything was smooth sailing! The apartment was very homey and comfortable!

We were a little nervous about the check-in process but it was a breeze! The unit is absolutely perfect, beautiful decor, comfortable and well appointed. The beds were super comfy and bedding was perfect! The location was excellent, very quiet with great restaurants within walking distance; additional parking on the street was a big help since we had 2 cars. Will definitely stay again if in the area!

This was a great rental for a weekend in OKC! The price was perfect, the space was clean, and the location was good! If you are needing a spot for cards, be sure to bring your own card table. There wasn't a good game table, but other than that it was good. Some of the check in and out process was a little confusing, and when touching base with the owners I never got a reply. Other than that, it was good! We would definitely stay again.

The apartment was sparkling clean, and in a very convenient location. We enjoyed being within walking distance of the streetcar, and we found OKC easy to navigate, with lots to do. The beds in this home were super-comfy!

Really short Uber ride or a nice 10-15 minute walk to lots of great dining in the area. Clean and quiet building. Well stocked unit with full kitchen and bath supplies and plenty of extra blankets and towels. Washer and Dryer in the unit is a great advantage over hotel stays, and they even left detergent. Easy no-contact check in and check out. No screens on the pull up windows throughout the unit! (This might be why children are not allowed, as the unit is 4th floor) Nicely furnished, cozy and clean. Awesome historical touches like the hexagonal bathroom tiles. Cute spot for a great rate!

The property was great!!! Property was Well maintained, clean and very spacious. The directions for parking/getting keys were lengthy, but made sense once you arrived and were in process of retrieving said keys. Maybe provide some sugar packets for the coffee and ice for some ice water?? Other than those minor things, we fell in love with the building and the apartment and would love to rent again the next time we visit our son!

Our two bedroom apartment was very clean and as advertised. In addition there were several "nice touches" such as (4) waters, (2) sodas, individual butters / jelly, K cups, etc. in the unit. The check in process was a little confusing but we were able to figure it out with the instructions. The unit was in a central location so we could get to everywhere we wanted to go in 5-10 minutes. E.g., Bricktown, Deep Deuce, Paseo. Also appreciated the secure parking although the area seemed safe. Thanks.
