Central AC keeps the whole space cool and comfortable. A furnished patio makes it easy to relax outside your door, head to shared pool for a nice swim, and lounge on the pool chairs! This property just in front of a white sand beach, where you can watch the waves roll in and pass the hours with a good novel. Explore the dining options and artisanal shops of Maya Beach, two miles north, or Placencia Village, four miles south. Other nearby adventures include snorkeling, boating, taking a jungle tour, and visiting the majestic Mayan ruins. Things to Know New and improved internet service available Snowbird-friendly! Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 18 years of age to book. This 2 bedroom condo is located in the best location! Close to pool, close to ocean, next to fountain and absolutely quite with privacy. Has it’s own deck with table and chairs. Inside was simple yet elegant.

Great spot right by the ocean. Morning sunrises are just outside. Close to town, shopping restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

My favorite area of the condo is the covered porch. It is lovely to sit in the garden area with such a peaceful gurgling fountain right in front of the porch and the sea not quite out of view. The beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are small but with great water pressure and steaming hot water. Living room furniture is comfortable and not worn. The multiple air conditioner units make sense as one can turn on or off depending on activities: living room during the day bedrooms for sleeping at night. I plan to return when all the windows can be opened as the sea breeze is always wonderful. The negative: The microwave was inoperable, which was an inconvenience as we prepared meals in the unit. Reported immediately - but it was not replaced while we were there.

This place is nice and clean, but the phone operator does not know how to deal with people professionally. She took a long to answer my call and the hand up without importance to me as the customer. I felt very insulted and degraded, so I ask for them to have better customer service.

Fabulous
I loved how close the property is to the ocean. The pool and grounds were awesome. Very clean and inviting. The condo needed some work, but this did not deter us from enjoying every minute.

Comfortable and Relaxing!
Spent 2 weeks enjoying this condo. The beds were comfy, the AC was appreciated when the breezes from the beach stopped. There were ample supplies of toilet paper, shampoo, dish soap etc. provided. The folks at Vacasa were awesome as they were able to purchase and fill in missing kitchen equipment like good cutting knives, mixing bowls, eating bowls, can opener, wine glasses, etc. when we contacted them. They even replaced the non functioning microwave with a new one. There weren't any condiments or spices, but we were able to buy some and leave for future renters. The internet was provided, but inconsistent and sometimes frustrating. Everyone we met was very friendly and courteous. Signed up for the Monkey River Tour and recommend it! We enjoyed using the pool on a daily basis. Would have appreciated some beach towels? Would have appreciated a folder/packet of information about the condo, the cable tv provided, what to do with garbage, recycling, etc., places to eat, shop, ways to get into Placencia Village contact numbers, etc. We enjoyed sitting out on the porch overlooking the pool and the dock/ocean. Patio chair cushions were wearing out and could/should be upgraded.Called the main Vacasa office in Portland, OR when we returned to complement the staff in Belize who assisted us.

Beautiful and serene
This condo is a part of Robert's Grove Resort property. It was a bit difficult to find due to that not being described on the listing. The condo was lovely, very well kept. The property is right on the ocean with a lovely beach and amazing lap swimming pool. The staff were over the top accommodating and friendly. The restaurant serves delicious food and fairly priced. I really enjoyed my stay here and will return. Highly recommended!

Awesome place to relax!
Really enjoyed the Beachside villa! Very nice quiet place for our family to relax. We came with plans to stay for one night but decided to stay another night! David and Veronique were very good at responding to our question and helping us to enjoy our time there. Pool was nice! We stayed as a family, the upper level is not so baby friendly with the railing around porch. Railing were just simple boards, if staying with little children best to stay on lower levels!
