The house sits on an elevated block and is set on stilts, giving you the impression that you are living up amongst the trees. From the large deck, perched in the tree tops, enjoy the ocean views, listen to the waves lapping on Eagle Bay beach and enjoy the tranquillity while watching the local bird life. The deck is perfect for entertaining; equipped with a large outdoor table that easily seats 10 people, as well as a sun lounge and large umbrella. The home is well furnished and boasts cathedral ceilings in the spacious open plan living, kitchen and dining areas. The kitchen has plenty of storage space and is extremely well equipped for a holiday house. There is a nespresso coffee machine for your use (pods not supplied). Pine floorboards and quality jarrah window trims and skirtings feature throughout the home, including the bedrooms, all of which are double in size and include built in robes. During winter, the wood-fired pot belly stove provides beautiful warmth and cosiness. There is a large reverse-cycle air conditioner for use in both the winter and summer periods.
