Villa dawn beach is a luxury villa in the gated community of dawn beach estates on the dutch side of st. Maarten. The villa went under small damages during the hurrricane Irma however everything is now fixed (a few rain gutters , barriers and shutters) ! All activities and opportunities available on the island are now functionning perfectly. The inhabitants are very welcoming and warm. Enjoy breathtaking sunrises, amazing views of the beautiful sailboats & catamarans leaving oyster pond in your deck chair Enjoy your spectacular ocean views and breezes as you have diner on the covered terrace overlooking the pool and the tropical garden. Comfort and elegance with a Caribbean flair is the theme throughout the villa. The villa is based on a large open plan with a tropical garden with banana mango tree papaya tropical flowers.... The main level includes a spacious living area, 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining area with over-sized island, bar area with two fridge and ice maker. The kitchen is fully stocked and we even have a nespresso machine.You can use a large gazbbq or our gaz professional over. This main area is openned on the large pool area where you can take a nice coktail in the tropical breezes and enjoy the fantastic views or listen to the ocean waves or plug in your ipod and play your favorite music on the surround sound and outdoor( Bose sound system). The first floor is dedicated to the master bedroom and the ground floor gathers 3 bedrooms of which one has 4 beds. Every bedrooms have a ocean view. The villa also offers free wifi and the use of our island cell phone.
