Every year our family Spends Thanksgiving together this year I had the opportunity to Find a place for all of us including our furbabies! We have every age group the youngest is 16 and my mom is 83 and every age in between! So it is difficult to find a place that suits everybody’s needs. Well this was the place!!! everyone was extremely impressed by the quality, cleanliness and beauty of this home not only is it inside but the grounds the lake the dock and the surrounding area! Also a bonus is that the house was completely stocked with everything that we needed for the week…The kitchen and bathrooms and the rooms with: towels, clean sheets, many blankets for cold nights, shampoo, soap, dishwashing liquid, washer dryer which surprised us all!! My teenage girls really enjoyed the sauna and I didn’t even have to ask them to walk the dogs because it’s so beautiful and gave them the opportunity to take many photos…plus my niece is pregnant did her pregnancy photo shoot which absolutely came out gorgeous. THERESA is amazing host and answered all her questions and was there for us during our stay if we needed anything.

We had a wonderful stay. The house is very well appointed and the beds are super comfortable! Our family enjoyed the lovely views of the lake and having coffee on the deck. Couldn’t have asked for more for our family to be together to celebrate our sons wedding.

The home is spacious and provides a great location to connect with friends and family and enjoy Lake Lanier.

We had a wonderful time at the lake house. The house was great and the check in was seamless. The house was nice and clean and had all the amenities that we needed. There was plenty of room for all of our family. There was a nice little beach for the children and the adults thoroughly enjoyed the double deck. I can express what a great time we had and we would definitely rent this house again. I highly recommend it! Therase (the host) was very accommodating and helpful and a please to work with

This property was amazing. The host was so responsive no matter our questions! The kitchen was well stocked. Our family loved the double decked dock. The double decks on the house was perfect for a large family gathering! The only thing I would say is that for some couples there might be an issue with the fact that the entrance from the master suite to the master bathroom has no door for privacy. We will probably rent again!

We had a lovely time on the Lake as this was our 6th time visiting and the 4th house! This house was pretty accommodating for the most part - but I thought I'd list the pros and cons to not only help future visitors but also suggestions for the owners...... PROS - the owner's communication was very prompt and much appreciated whenever we had a question or problem. She even brought over some bags of ice when the fridge hadn't made any yet from the previous renters! There was plenty of paper towels, toilet paper and garbage bags so no need to bring those The bath towels were very nice and fluffy and soft and extra beach towels were helpful as well. The boat lift was really nice and worked well and the easy step ladder off the doc was esp nice for the old AND the young! The little beach was nice for the kids to access the water but the path to it could be improved There was a nice big freezer downstairs and also a kayak in the garage if desired. CONS - Most of the beds were very comfortable but the 2 upstairs (not the master) were not - one was very bouncy and the other one the couple said they kept rolling towards the middle The kitchen was small for 10 people and very dated. There wasn't much room for food prep. The open area around the garbage can wasn't very nice and might be an attraction for bugs. The ovens weren't working to capacity - one was better than the other - one knob was missing on temp gauge so we had to keep switching them - and it didn't seem to heat up very fast or well. There were no small bowls anywhere for snacks or smaller portions - only large ones. Could also have used a second refrigerator like most homes have - with 10 people and kids there is a lot of food! The grill on the top deck took some finagling to start (and had to use a lighter - gas starter didnt work) and then it seemed to cook in the back part of the grill more than the front The TV access is POOR - not that we watched a ton of tv but it would've been nice to have some options - esp on rainy days! The master bed tv the remote didnt work except for the volume so had to get up and use the buttons on the side The main sitting room with tv is small and couldn't seat 8 adults so we had to move a few chairs to fit us all when we were trying to watch the Olympics after the kids were in bed downstairs. Overall we still had a great time in spite - just saying for the price we paid we expected a bit more updates!

Location was very nice, peaceful setting in the woods with private dock that was relaxing to hang out at.

The house is a great size! We really enjoyed it. But it is very dated for the price. We were outside most of the time, so it didn't really matter to us! Thanks for being such a great host!

It was very easy and affordable for how nice it was really had a great time there beautiful scenery

Home was exactly as shown on VRBO. It was very comfortable and spacious. Lakeside location was great! Owner was very responsive and easy to work with. Definately will return again.
