Lovely property with everything you would need for a relaxing holiday. Loads of outside space. Very comfy beds which were welcome at the end of a busy day. Only 5 minutes walk from the front with lots of lovely restaurants, shops and bars to choose from. We did have a couple of minor issues during our stay but these were sorted within a very short time of us notifying the owner. We had a great time and would definitely go back and recommend to friends.

The apartment was lovely but unfortunately had to return after a 2 days due to Covid 19

We had a lovely week in Port de Pollensa. The property is well situated and very convenient for the beach and shopping facilities. The apartment is well equipped. The owner always responded quickly to any enquiries. We would highly recommend the apartment. If there are any negatives it is that we received no details from HomeAway before arrival on how or where to collect keys from, in fact I had been unable to log into the HomeAway site in the days running up to our trip. Also, the cleaners arrived the day before our departure - fortunately we were at the property at the time!

A deep clean is certainly needed. Bathroom taps spray water everywhere. Soft furnishings need replacing/cleaned. Pillows on beds need replaced as do the quilts and top covers in the twin bedroom next to family bathroom. Shower tray in the en-suite needs to be repaired. Crockery and cutlery needed to be cleaned before we could use it. 2 of the Sun loungers in the garden of the apartment need replaced. I would rate the apartment as a 3/4 star which was disappointing. With a bit of thought and a little bit of money being spent on it this apartment could easily get 5 stars. The pool was beautiful and clean.

We had a great week - the apartment was well located just a very short walk to the pine walk. The added bonus of our own garden as well as the pool was perfect for our little girl. Pip was very quick to respond with all correspondence- we would definitely stay again

Just had a lovely short break here - the apartment is really nice, very clean, nicely decorated, and well equipped. (Made such a nice change to have plenty of towels) The pool is great - really good size, and nice to have some shade from the trees for when the garden gets too hot to sunbathe. Liked having table and chairs inside and out, and the comfy seating outside was a bonus. Location is perfect - just back enough from the pine walk to be nice and quiet, but close enough to walk to everything easily. Pip was really helpful throughout the booking process - always quick to answer any questions I had, and the management company in Puerto Pollensa was really helpful too.

This is a really nice ground floor apartment with everything you need. Modern appliances, large TV, comfortable terrace and shared swimming pool - although we had it to ourselves when we were there! Room to safely store bikes as we were cycling every day. Will hopefully be back next year!

A clean, comfortable, private, well equipped apartment with excellent wifi in a beautiful setting and location.Backed by mountains with pretty scrub and woodland to the front. The short walks to the Pine Walk and edge of the town are lovely and the apartment is only a few minutes walk away from the start of the amazing walk up the Boquer valley to the sea,The front room and terrace have a lovely sunny outlook with 180 degree sky views and magnificent sunsets.Prompt, helpful communications with the owner.

Regular visitor to Puerto Pollensa. Stayed here for 2 weeks as a family of four, with a 4 year old and a 3 month old. The apartment was spotless with very modern furnishings and bathrooms and the kitchen was well equipped. Solid internal doors meant we didn't have to tiptoe about once the kids were in bed. Fab air conditioning throughout which was great for keeping the baby cool. The apartment has a lovely garden with direct access to the pool and the grassy area next to the pool, which has loungers and trees for shade. It was perfect to be able to wander around the pool area and pop back in as and when. The pool is a good size and well kept, with plenty of loungers available. The pool area was nice and sociable without being too noisy. We met some lovely families with kids of similar ages to our son; it really is ideal with little ones as it is so well located - a nice quiet road but close to all amenities. You can be on the pinewalk in a leisurely 5 minute walk and in to the main square in around 10. As the other reviewers have said, the owner, Pip, could not have been more helpful. We were delayed getting in to Palma so arrived on the street in the pitch black with a taxi driver who spoke no English; we called Pip for help and despite it being 10pm she picked up first time, talked us through how to find the apartment and even offered to cycle to us if we were still having problems. Highly recommended! We had a great holiday.
