The villa also offers private parking for 2 cars. This newly renovated Villa for rent located within a walking distance from historical center of Dubrovnik offers excellent choice for travelers looking for a relaxing and comfortable place to stay while discovering Dubrovnik and the area. Completely renovated Villa features large open plan living/dining area and kitchen, 5 ensuite bedrooms and a lovely outside area with terrace, lawn and heated pool with hydro massage and counter current stream. Villa Hedera can be combined with next door Villa Hedera II and Hedera A1 in the building 50 m away, and Hedera A26 around 150 meters away to accommodate up to 28 guests. Villa Hedera sleeps 10 The pool temperature is set to 25C/77F and cannot be changed by guests. The pool heater will not function when air temperature is at or below 15C/59F. Note: *In response to the recent spread of COVID-19 we have implemented new procedures for cleaning and disinfection. Safety of our guests, their families and our staff is important to us. In order to prevent the spread of disease our staff is measuring body temperature on a daily basis even if they feel well , we also encourage our guests to do the same. All surfaces with which the guest came into contact with (nightstand, table, chair, coffee table, any and all furniture, amenities, telephone, remote control, door handles etc.), are cleaned with a suitable detergent and disinfectant with at least 70% alcohol. Special attention is given to the cleaning of all bathroom surfaces before new guests arrive. In order to avoid any unnecessary contact, bed linen and towel will be changed only on arrival/departure, for longer stays, sufficient towels and linen will be left in the property. Pets - allowed Smoking - allowed This property features self check in via key lock box. You will receive your code on check in day at 17:00, or earlier in case the villa has been cleaned before. We kindly ask you to provide us with your approximate arrival time so we can prepare the villa for you on time. In case you arrive in Dubrovnik before 17:00 and your accommodation is not ready yet feel free to leave your luggage at our reception, located at Ivana Matijaševića 14 street while exploring the town or enjoying your lunch at one of the nearby restaurants. As soon as the property is ready we will contact you. In order to receive your entrance code it is important that you fill out our PreCheck-in form which will be sent to you automatically several times before your arrival.

The property was well equipped and conveniently located within walking distance to the old city of Dubrovnik. We did have difficulty connecting to the internet. The dryer was broken however reception let us bring our laundry to be dried by housekeeping. A technician came and a part has been ordered for the dryer .

Excellent property with all amenities available, perfect location close to Old Town walking distance 15min, close to grocery store and restaurants. Friendly and helpful office personnel who gave us great local eatery recommendations! Would definitely stay here again, the pool was well maintained, clean.

Villa Hedera is beautiful property, well equipped and in great condition Perfect for a group to be together but have plenty of space. We had a fantastic week. The property is about 15-20 minutes walk from the old town or taxis are easy to find. The pool and outside area of the villa is perfect for groups to relax , with plenty of space . Spoilt for choice with amazing restaurants and a great choice of activities to do for all the family. Hedera staff were very helpful and easily accessible. Highly recommend.
