A warm welcome from Luc and Francois. Communication from booking to arrival was excellent. A welcome hamper of eggs, ham, wine, and other basics was most appreciated especially due to the lateness of our arrival. The house is beautiful, and kitted out with everything we could possibly need for our 10 day stay. The location was lovely, close to the beach. Kids absolutely loved the pool. There is a shop, bakery, butchers and a bar a couple of streets away, plus a few restaurants. A 30 minute stroll along the beach took us to the town centre where we visited many other eateries and the markets.

A beautiful home. Francoise and Luc have created a modern but very comfy home which was perfect for our family. Our teenagers enjoyed their rooms and bathroom upstairs and we really liked our master room with very good mattress, lovely ensuite and doors straight onto the patio. All windows have shutters which allowed us to sleep in … a lot! The whole house was super clean and very well equipped; the kitchen especially good with sharp knives and lots of quality pans, boards and platters. Francoise and Luc kindly left a few provisions and treats to get us started after a long drive, but their generosity as hosts continued with plenty of towels, reliable wifi, smart TV and access to larder supplies to make our stay really easy and comfortable. Pool was warm and patio area fabulous with plenty of seating and loungers and as we were lucky with the sunny weather, we really appreciated the huge parasol. 5 mins walk to the beach which was our favourite place in the evening for a swim and to watch the sunset. Beach club pop-up bar with low seating on the beach was a real treat! Carrefour 5 min drive away, great fish counter and local produce. Takeaway Pizza from the restaurant on the southern end of the beach was very good! Thank you, Francoise and Luc, it was lovely to meet you and we have really enjoyed our holiday.

Great communication on booking, and then welcome on arrival, from Luc and Françoise to this wonderful property. It had all we required for our stay, and was spacious and clean. The garden was quiet and not overlooked, and the swimming pool was perfect!

A lovely home, equipped with everything a family needs for a comfortable stay. Bedrooms are all a good size and the master suite worked. Outside area is really spacious with enough sunbeds for everyone. The pool was very clean and heated to a perfect temperature. Welcome from Luc and Francoise was very nice and some useful complimentary provisions on arrival. We loved making the Galette de Bretagne. Thankfully they spoke English as our French is very basic. Location is good being very close to a couple of nice beaches. The home is in a quiet residential area, so a few shops and restaurants but about a 20 minute walk into central Pornichet and further to La Baule. Would definitely recommend this property and would visit again.

Very pleased with this comfortable house, very clean and well equipped. Well designed garden with everything needed for alfresco eating. The only criticism is that the advert should make it clear the heated swimming pool is only heated from 1st May, to avoid disappointment. Very good location, closed to the sea with excellent coastal path, Bakery and small supermarket nearby. Excellent market in Pornichet. Definitely would recommend this house for a holiday. Nous avons passé une semaine agréable et reposante avec nos petits enfants dans ce quartier tranquille de Pornichet tout près de la plage. La maison est très fonctionnelle, cuisine super équipée. Rien ne manque, ustensiles,vaisselle complète. Bonne literie et un gros plus: la chambre parentale au rez-de-chaussée qui s'ouvre sur la piscine avec sa belle douche de qualité. Cerise sur le gâteau une piscine chauffée à 28°bienvenue par temps frais, nos petits enfants étaient ravis. Merci à nos hôtes Monsieur Luc Charles et sa femme d'avoir eu la gentillesse d'offrir pour notre dîner de bonnes galettes à préparer avec jambon fromages et œufs. Appréciable après un voyage long et fatigant. Nous savons où séjourner si nous revenons dans la région. Descriptif, en tous points conforme, aucune mauvaise surprise. Merci.
