About this condo rental

Situated in La Bresse, this attractive condo for $48 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. MY RATES: For short stays of less than a week, do not hesitate to contact me to ask me the rates because the software of homeaway is not adapted for short stays. The price of two nights minimum is indivisible and to this is added a price per night beyond two nights. SPRING (from 29/03 to 29/06): 210 euros the week! or Short breaks: 120 euros for two nights minimum and 18 euros per additional night. .... From 29/06 to 06/07: 260 euros per week or 130 euros for two nights minimum and 26 euros per additional night. .... From 06/07 to 17/08: 300 euros the week From Saturday 20/07 to Thursday 25/07: 256 euros + electricity consumed .... From 17/08 to 24/08: 280 euros the week .... From 24/08 to 15/12: 210 euros the week .... Short stays are possible depending on the period (2 nights minimum). 5% DISCOUNT FOR TWO CONSECUTIVE WEEKS (EXCEPT SEM 200 EUROS). Nice functional apartment located in La Bresse with 6 beds, ideal for 5 people ... Opportunities nights outside school holidays ... This cozy apartment located was renovated in 2014 with new flooring and a new kitchen. Decorated with warm colors, it helps being in a beautiful space for a good time. This renovated attic accommodation offers 6 beds: - A living room of 15 m² with its 160 bz his table and 6 chairs, TV with freeview satellite reception and hot bird. A fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, microwave .... bright room with its large skylight (equipped with an electric shutter) facing the mountain with the stroke of any sun day. - A room with a bed of 140 (with two bedside lamps), a wardrobe. -a second mezzanine bedroom crawling under the roof of unopened on the living room with its bed 140 and cupboards under slope (skylights provided with an electrical component). - A bathroom with a shower, sink with cabinet - Separate toilet - A washing machine - A personal cellar to deposit skis, sleds and even bicycles. private carpark at the foot of the residence Located in a very own residence, this lovely ground floor with its own entrance is very well located. It is both close to nature with mountains, hiking trails, fitness trail but also the road to the ski slopes in La Bresse Honneck (free shuttle to 50 meters). Holiday checks are welcome.
