It was the perfect stay for our holidays in La Baule. Actually you cannot find a better place to stay as you are 3 minutes walking distance from the center where you will have all restaurants, shops and supermarket for your daily needs, and 3 minutes walk from the beautiful beach of La Baule. Simple, we parked the car and never took it again. Communication with Catherine was very pleasant and smooth. The house is as on the pictures, clean, spacious, the terrace is really a gemme to enjoy breakfast, lunch & dinner with our family. The kitchen is more than well equipped, you can find anything you need. Bathroom are clean and new, and most important the mattress are really confortable for your nights. It is a very calm area. Just take it and enjoy your stay.

The house is very roomy and perfectly located for shops, bars and restaurants, as well as the beach. The owner couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. A great place for a holiday.

We enjoyed our stay at Kerbiniou. Our host, Catherine, and her caretaker were both most attentive, warm and helpful. Excellent communication. Nothing is missing in this home for a very comfortable stay. The house is well appointed with all amenities. We had zero issues during our stay. The house is perfectly located, steps from the beach and shops/restaurants, yet is sooo quiet. We enjoyed the calm, listened to the birds.

We have just returned from Ker Biniou where we spent an excellent week. My wife and I, our two children and their spouses and a 4 year old had a thoroughly enjoyable week. The house is extremely well equipped and well presented. Being so close to the beach was a big advantage and only a little further from the shops. We spent much time on the beach but also hired bikes and made full use of the bike trails to the west of town. Despite being so near to the facilities it is a tranquil spot. We even saw a red squirrel in the garden which was a great excitement. It really deserves its 5 stars! Max Wild

La villa Ker Biniou est une superbe villa idéalement située ( pour la proximité de la plage, des commerces, du marché et des restaurants). Nous y avons passé un mois d'aout superbe avec notre 4 enfants en bas âge. La maison a été rénovée et est de tout confort, le jardin y est spacieux et quel plaisir de déjeuner en plein air en regardant la mer! Un dernier atout non des moindres, les propriétaires sont très accueillants et vous aident à passer un excellent séjour.
