Renovated Breton stone house in the heart of Saint Malo close to train station, restaurants, shops, bicycle and car hire. It’s only a 13 minutes walk to Intra-Muros (old St Malo) and beaches. House on 3 levels: Ground floor: toilets, open plan kitchen on a dining area and living room with flat screen. 18m2 Patio with garden furniture leading to a cabine with 2 bunk beds and laundry with washing machine and dryer 1st floor: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 160 and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds 90, 1 Bathroom with shower and a separate toilet 2nd floor: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 160 and 1 bathroom with shower and toilets

Maison très bien équipée, très propre, bien située dans st malo, pas besoin de voiture pour le quotidien (pratique car se garer dans le quartier n'est pas facile sur un long we). patio bien agréable. Literie très confortable. Nous avons passés un excellent séjour dans cette jolie location.

Un logement très propre, très très bien équipé, il ne manque rien. Literie de très bonne qualité. Très calme. Un lieu parfait pour un séjour à saint Malo. A 15 minutes à pied de saint Malo intra-muros.

Une location remarquable où tout est pensé dans le moindre détail pour le confort des occupants : les équipements (rien ne manque), les étiquettes sur les meubles, le mobilier de qualité et le confort général ! un excellent séjour en famille, à 4 mais nous aurions été tout aussi bien à 8 !

Superbe séjour à Saint Malo!
Nous avons passé 4 jours dans cette très jolie maison à Saint Malo. À trois minutes à pieds de la gare et une dizaine de minute d'intramuros, elle est parfaitement située, dans un quartier agréable.
La maison est ravissante et confortable et très bien équipée. Et la communication avec Sabrina hyper facile.
Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Location propre, moderne, accueillante et fonctionnelle.
Très proche de la plage du Sillon et des remparts de St Malo. On a tout fait à pied. Un régale

Dommage que le séjour fut si court, nous aurions bien profité davantage ! La maison est top, bien agencée , chaleureuse , extrêmement bien soignée et équipée (1 Ou 2 jeux de société dispo sur place aurait été sympa pour une soirée en famille 🙂)

Real value for money, safe and quite neighbourhood with all needed services at short walking distance. No problem with parking my car and city center at walking distance.

Mme Scardin souhaite que l'on se sente bien chez elle, c'est le cas! Tout est bien pensé, aménagé, propre, moderne. La maison est calme et à proximité de petits commerces. 10/15 minutes pour aller intra muros et à la plage. On peut facilement se garer à proximité.
Nous avons passé deux semaines très agréables.

Jolie maison de ville ,dans un quartier calme ,mais avec tous les commerces à proximité.Saint Malo intra muros à 10 mns à pied .La maison est spacieuse et conviviale ,elle est très bien équipée ( vaisselle ,électroménager ...) Les chambres sont superbes et la literie excellente . Le tout d'une propreté irréprochable Le séjour donne sur un patio aménagé comme le reste avec beaucoup de goût ,et génial pour prendre un verre en famille ou entre amis .Merci à la propriétaire pour son accueil et sa disponibilité .Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir

Séjour très agréable
Notre séjour en famille dans cette charmante maison s'est très bien passé.
Maison très bien équipée (vaisselle, électroménager...), très confortable à vivre ( son espace extérieur n'est pas grand mais a été suffisant pour nous et nos 3 enfants ), la décoration est de très bon goût, il y a tous les commerces nécessaires à moins de 5 min à pieds, et st Malo intra muros se trouve à une dizaine de min à pieds.
Nous recommandons et nous reviendrons !
