Located with Shoal Bay Beach to the right and Little Beach to the left, great for everyone to enjoy the waves of the Shoal Bay beach and the calm waters of Little Beach. Walk to Diggers Club, Restaurants, Cafe, kids playground and fantastic fish and chip takeaway shop.   Ground floor and no stairs to worry about, perfect for children or the elderly, as soon as you walk in youll feel relaxed and able to unwind. Having an air conditioner in the spacious open plan living and dining area makes this very comfortable easy living, the kitchen is very well equipped with everything you could possibly need.   Two bedrooms with a ceiling fan in the main bedroom, 2nd bedroom has 2 bunk beds - the top beds of each bunk only cater for children and are not suitable for adult body weight.  The bathroom has a shower and the internal laundry provides a washing machine and the bonus of a dryer.
