Świetna lokalizacja, parking ze szlabanem, super kontakt z personelem, szybkie odpowiedzi i pomoc, wyposażenie apartamentu ok, telewizory, suszarka, żelazko, klimatyzacja, salon z kuchnią oraz sypialnia z łazienką na plus.
Czystość niestety powierzchowna, warto zwrócić uwagę na kurz i pajęczyny. Niektóre elementy wymagają już też odświeżenia, np. niektóre ściany, prysznic, zakamieniony czajnik, ekspres. Minus za sztuczne kwiaty. Cienkie ściany, słychać dokładnie rozmowy sąsiadów.
