It exceeded my expectations and was more comfortable than most hotels I have stayed at.

Bathroom heater had been left on by whoever was at the property before my arrival.

The flat was hard to find you really should advertise that guest only use the private car park at the rear as I thought the parking permit covered the front street too I could gave parked in disability space or Evan on the double yellow line OK but got a ticket for being in the parking bays I should have read into the different permits as the rear is private property the entrance doors are very tight too but everything else was OK the flat was clean and hot water and facilities were good and ideal location to see the old town and tattoo and fringe festival beds were soft mattresses as I suffer from sleep apnea

Soft beds but that's a preference for me I slept OK ,everyone should be told the flat number section17 flat 5 and never use the front parking as the permit isn't valid on the public roads and the bins for the refuse I couldn't unlock the sheds as I didn't know which 1 to use but 4 out of 5 on everything else thank you

When we tried to unlock the door, the key broke. We did not use force, so the key must have been broken or already fragile. Throughout the day the landlord/host had sent us many messages telling us to get in touch if we needed anything or needed help. When we then experienced problems with the key breaking, it was impossible to get a hold of the landlord/host. We ended up paying 50 £ via Booking.com to get a locksmith, which we had to wait for 4 hours, long past midnight, before he finally came around. We think this is very objectionable and believe Booking.com should refund the 50 £, which the landlord/host refuses to do siting: the sole responsibility for the key breaking is ours. Even though the only thing we did was trying to unlock a door, which is the key’s job to do! We’ve also been in contact with someone from Booking.com who agreed we had been badly treated. This same person also said they would sort it all out and give us refund, but we have yet to see any money. To say the least, we are very disappointed in this whole ordeal and the customer service especially. We believed Booking.com was more responsible for the apartments they were advertising about!

Excellent spacious apartment. Clean, tidy and modern. All you need for a weekend away and 5 minute walk to nearest tram station providing easy access to airport and city. The apartment is in a very quiet residential area.

Great location, in the upcoming Leith area. Lovely restaurants and pubs. Public transport to Edinburgh centre is close by. The apartment was superb, clean and very comfortable.

The flat met all our needs. Comfortable , clean , located in a quiet area in Leith . Adequately equipped and ensuite was an added bonus. Parking was great car park and entrance to flat area well lit. Not far from central Edinburgh but public transport appears to be regular we walked from flat to Murrayfield for a concert and back so if you don't mind walking location is ideal especially if you partake in a having a curry one way and a wee G&T enroute back !

I like the location and its quiet and I also like the private parking and 2 toilets

What I don't like is that I have to lug my 20 kg luggage bag up the 3 flights of steps.
