Located in Cosby, this lovely house for $328 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. The newly renovated Cosby Ranch Home is the perfect family vacation getaway. This 4 bedroom, 2 bath ranch house is set on 3 acres of peaceful serenity nestled next to a beautiful creek, wooded mountains, and deluxe outdoor patio with grills, firepit, and even a pizza oven. Additionally, this location is only 5 minutes away from the entrance to The Great Smoky Mountain National Park! So do not forget your hiking shoes to take advantage of the free trails. Parking is now at $5.00. As you drive to the house on the long flat driveway, you will pass your own private pond that is available for fishing. Catch and release. Teach your children how to bait a hook. Parking area is large enough for 5 vehicles. The house is a one level ranch making it easily accessible for wheelchair guests as there are no steps for entry. Come and stay for a quick weekend to rejuvenate or stay a week. You will definitely want to come back! Our stay was very good. We loved the place and decor but could have used more hot water and water pressure. We would stay here again!

Could not have been easier to access or enjoy. Everything was as promised or better. Our family of 9 enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit, outdoor pizza oven, fishin' hole, and walking in the back creek. We had birds and turtles and were serenaded by bullfrogs at dusk. Dollywood is 35 minutes away as is Gatlinburg. Perfect.family.vacation. Hope to visit again!

This was a very nice home and we were very pleased with the accommodations and we would definitely recommend this place. We will be staying at this property again. The pictures online do not do justice as the home is much more beautiful than pictured.

We very much enjoyed this vacation home. Beautiful and comfy like our home away from home. The only two issues were that the power went out a couple times and I wish there were flashlights or a lantern available and the wood for the fire was very tough to get going, other then that it was perfect and we were very satisfied.

This property was pretty much ideal for our family. There were enough beds for everyone and plenty of room so that we were not cramped. Everything worked as listed. The scenery was stunning, we even got a little snow. Would recommend for your next trip.

We were two families of four staying at this cabin for the weekend. Check-in was super easy, house and hot tub were clean, and the property is peaceful and relaxing. We were here in the height of the glorious fall colours and it was a stunning location. Kitchen is well stocked, loads of room for kids to run around outside and play. Great hikes within a few minutes driving as well. Highly recommend.

Four of us stayed here for a week while visiting the Smokies. We enjoyed the house, the pool table, and the hot tub! There's lots of room, and the kitchen is great! The beds were comfortable and the decor fit the area. The neighborhood is rural and quiet, which is what we wanted. It gave us a chance to explore the Cosby entrance to the national park too.
We had a couple of questions/problems, but the owner responded quickly and took care of them. While Gatlinburg us about a 30-minute drive away (which we knew), the drive is pleasant and not heavy traffic. It's a nice location for a Smokies visit! Thanks for sharing it with us!

Quiet house in the mountains
Four of us stayed here for a week while visiting the Smokies. We enjoyed the house, the pool table, and the hot tub! There's lots of room, and the kitchen is great! The property was not only wonderful as a place to day trip from (we hiked a couple of nearby trails, visited Anakeesta and the Aquarium in Gatlinburg, and did some rafting), but it was also a nice place to which to return to relax. The pond and the creek were great sources of entertainment, as were the variety of critters that passed through. And the interior accommodations and amenities were spot on. We would definitely visit here again!

This is a great property for a get away!! It has a grill in the back of the house that's not in any of the pictures!! The creek that runs behind the house is so nice!! Inside everything is clean and prefect!! The beds were comfortable! I loved all the pictures hanging on the walls!! The only I would recommend is if they had a tea pot or one of the electric pots for heating water!! The property owner always answered if we needed to message them!!

When it rains, Caney Creek flows swiftly about 15' beside the house. The other rental home is also closer than expected. Beds were comfy, but there is only one comfortable place to sit inside and cleanliness was an issue. Fortunately the kids are not afraid of bugs or spiders. The pool table and the hot tub were great hits. All the adults enjoyed the screened porch. We enjoyed being together after Covid-19 forced us to stay in OH and TN. The manager has anger issues.

Great property. Microwave didn’t work. Messaged owner but no response. There is a property on the sane drive way as you so the 3 acres is not as private as it was described. Needs another bathroom and the pond is much smaller than appears. In saying all of that, the place is quiet and relaxing and was a perfect family retreat. Far enough from the craziness to relax but close enough to drive there. Carvers Apple Orchard, Restaurant, Candy Store, and Market were great! I would stay again!!!

Great property. Microwave didn’t work. Messaged owner but no response. There is a property on the sane drive way as you so the 3 acres is not as private as it was described. It's a very short drive to Hartford for those who want to experience the Pigeon River, and the Eastern part of the Park has plenty of great spots to explore away from the crowds of gatlinburg and newfound gap road. The little creek and the pond on the property made for adventure even at the house, and everyone enjoyed the hot tub and the pool table in the evenings after long days out in the woods. Micheal was outstanding to work with: communication and check in/out were easy, and he was very responsive to messages with questions. We hope to stay here again someday in the future.

Great stay, great house, great creek running behind the house. Neighborhood is in the hills and very peaceful. Great property manager. We left 5 pairs of new shoes and he sent them back to us.
